IntroductionWith modern lifestyle changes and improved of medical treatment, problematic wound therapy has become an important part of modern medical research, Negative Pressure Wound Therapy provides a new treatment for the refractory wounds perspective. Since the early1990s, Germany ULM University Traumatology Chariker and Fleischmann Dr. pioneered vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) for the treatment of soft tissue defects in the field of orthopedics and wound infections.1994Qiu Huade Professor in the domestic first introduced this new vacuum-assisted technique for the treatment of various acute and chronic complex wounds. Wound suction treatment principle:direct stimulation of cell proliferation; infection control; increasing local blood flow; reduce local edema; removal of wound secretions; keep the wound moist environment. In recent years NPWT wound excision is not only to improve the method of choice for basal conditions and after skin grafts promote the survival of skin grafts Best choice. Suction device applications using different methods produce different effects on the treatment process; This article discusses the law lavage suction drainage device for autologous transplantation of skin graft survival affect the quality of the clinical application of suction to provide treatment scientific theory to guide clinical use of vacuum-assisted device to achieve the best therapeutic effect.MethodsThe65cases of patients in our ward since January2012-December2013whoes third-degree burns of skin graft area is less than50%, randomly divided into A,B two groups.1,33patients in A groups, the male21cases,12cases female, age2years old to65years old, the average age is32, on average, burn area26%, average area of third-degree burns18%, three-dimensional wound skin transplantation of1*1cm combined with continuous pressure suction line thick stamps treatment, postoperative1week pressure suction device to remove, calculate the flap survival rate (x±s), the bandage wound to continue regular exchange dressing, until the wounds healed completely, record healing time (x±s)2, In32cases of patients with B,23cases of male, female9cases, aged1to68, the average age is34, on average, burn area36%, average area of third-degree burns31%, three-dimensional wound skin transplantation combined with pressure suction line thick stamps grafting treatment, postoperative physiological saline flushing negative pressure drainage device, to120MMHG pressure suction50minutes, stop attract with physiological saline perfusion slow negative pressure drainage device, to attract and lavage alternates, postoperative1week pressure suction device to remove, calculate the flap survival rate(x±s)%, the bandage wound to continue regular exchange dressing, until the wounds healed completely, record the healing time (x±s)Results1, A groups patients’ grafting survival rate is (85±3.6)%, group B patients’grafting survival rate (93±2.3)%, p<0.01, statistically significant, regular irrigation negative pressure drainage device can improve the skin transplantation survival rate2, A groups patients’healing time (13±1.6)days, B groups patients’wound healing time is (10±1.2), p<0.01, statistically significant, regular irrigation negative pressure drainage device can accelerate wound healing.ConclusionNPWT combination with intermittent irrigation drainage device can improve the skin transplantation survival rate, shorten the wound healing time, reduce the cost of treatment, shorter hospital stay.
