Study On The Adsorption Of PS-DVB On Bilirubin And Inflammatory Factors In Liver Failure Patients Plasma

PURPOSE:To prepare a novel adsorbent resin, observe the effect of it’s adsorption of bilirubin and inflammatory factors, in order to evaluate the new resin application prospects.METHODS:Preparing the adsorbent resin PS-DVB, using twelve patients’plasma with liver failure,to conduct static adsorption test with PS-DVB and two kinds of commercially available adsorbent products:BR350and HA330Ⅱ,evaluate different adsorbents’adsorption effect of bilirubin, TNF-a, albumin, electrolytes, etc. of each component of the plasma with automatic biochemical analyzer.RESULTS:Successfully prepared PS-DVB, PS-DVB. BR350and HA330Ⅱ both have good adsorption effect of different concentrations of bilirubin in plasma, TBiL before adsorption was303.7±29.1umol/L, after adsorption1h、2h, PS-DVB were209.8±15.1umol/L.195.2±31.1umol/L; BR350were231.7±21.7umol/L、195.7±23.9umol/L; HA330Ⅱ were226.7±21.5umol/L、205.0±13.5umol/L, after adsorption2h compared with before adsorption, P<0.01. After adsorption lh,the adsorption effect of PS-DVB was better than BR350and HA330Ⅱ(P<0.05).For TNF-a, before adsorption was44.8±7.6pg/mL, after adsorption2h were21.0±6.3pg/mL,18.2±2.1pg/mL.20.8±2.8pg/mL, P<0.01.For IL-1, before adsorption was151.9±31.9umol/L, after adsorption2h were PS-DVB was121.5±32.8umol/L; BR350was125.6±27.3umol/L; HA330Ⅱ was122.9±9.6umol/L, P<0.05. For IL-10, PS-DVB and BR350showed good removal effects (P<0.05), HA330Ⅱ showed worse removal effect(P>0.05)。 All of three adsorbent resins showed bad removal effects on IL-6and endotoxin.Each observation group have different levels on adsorption of albumin,PS-DVB has small effect on albumin(P>0.05),observation groups perform rapid saturation on adsorption of K+Na+、C1-.CONCLUSIONS:PS-DVB showed rapid removal effect on bilirubin and inflammatory factors,and is safe and reliable.
