| Objective:comparison and analysis of Common bile duct exploration and T tube drainage technology with a suture technique of laparoscopic common bile duct under the same conditions, discuss the applied range and its rationality of common bile duct exploration and T tube drainage technology in the clinic, analyze and summarize the technical points of the common bile duct exploration a suture technique in clinical applications. Methods:By use of retrospective analysis method and the hospital’s HIS system, among patients in our hospital from June2011to June2012, screen patients with common bile duct exploration indications for the clear common bile duct stones elective surgery. Through MRCP or B ultrasound before surgery, exclude duodenal tumors, intrahepatic bile duct stones and acute pancreatitis patients; applying Choledochoscope exploration technology, exclude patients with common bile duct the ampullary obstruction and the lower end narrow. Eventually get41patients suit for common bile duct exploration as the experimental group, select69cases of patients at the same time under the same conditions to accept T-tube drainage technology as a control group. Application of statistical analysis method, do a comparative analysis of the experimental group and the control group in patients with postoperative indicators. Results:Among experimental group patients, there is no accident in the surgery, after the operation, patients have the courage to leakage occurs, the average number of hospital days, the infusion days and infusion were7.14d,4.97d,8.71L, respectively; in the control group, the number of hospital days,, the number of infusion days and the number of infusion were13.34d9.71d,13.52L respectively. There are9patients occurring leakage, and3patients required a second surgery. Compared the above indicators of experimental group with that of the control group, the difference was significant statistically significant (p<0.01). Two groups of patients with serum total bilirubin, serum AST is p>0.05, no statistical significance. Conclusions:compared suture surgery of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration phase I with the common bile duct T-tube drainage surgery, the former is with high safety, fewer complications, traumatic surgery, postoperative patients recover quickly, etc. for those Patients with common bile duct stones requiring surgery, it should select firstly suture surgery of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration phase I,and it can further promote the application in clinical practice. |
