| Objective:Through analysing the the birth of time with the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors of patients who has been diagnosed with diabetes, reveals the relationship of the incidence of diabetic nephropathy and the factors, which can provide a reference for the early diagnosis and clinical prevention of diabetic nephropathy. This study can provide a new thinking of the early diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy, and it provides a platform for the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors at the same time.Methods:This research adopts he method of clinical epidemiological investigation, this study collected diabetes cases who were hospitalized in the first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of TCM endocrinologist in2013, contains208cases of diabetic nephropathy patients,176cases of diabetic patients without diabetic nephropathy. Collect the basic information, including name, gender, age, date of birth, diabetes mellitus, including diabetes duration, medication compliance and blood glucose control level, the clinical course of diabetic nephropathy, including diabetic nephropathy, urine protein, etc, as well as other complications and clinical diseaseAccording to the duration of diabetes we can divide all patients into the course of≥10years group and the course of<10years group., then according to whether the patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into diabetic nephropathy group and the control group. According to the birth of time, we can get the factors of five evolutive phases and six climatic of every patient, including the year evolutive phase, celestial manager qi, qi in the earth, host evolutive phase, guest evolutive phase, the factor repeated most time, constitution and the result of guest climatic qi adding to fixed host qi, and then analyze the relationship of the factors and diabetic nephropathy. And analyze the result through Chinese and western medicine theory.Results:1. According to the duration of diabetes to divide the384cases of patients to two groups, including diabetic nephropathy group and the control group. The distribution of gender is tested by chi-square test, P>0.05, so there’s no statistically significant difference of gender distribution in both groups.2. In the all patients this study has collected, the number of the third stage of the diabetic nephropathy in patients is61, accounting for29.3%, the number of the fourth stage of the diabetic nephropathy in patients is130, accounting for62.5%, the number of the fifth stage of the diabetic nephropathy in patients is17, accounting for8.2%, indicating that the fifth stage of diabetic nephropathy contains the largest proportion.3. The frequency distribution of diabetic nephropathy group and the control group in the year evolutive phase, celestial manager qi, qi in the earth, host evolutive phase, guest evolutive phase, the factor repeated most time, constitution and the result of guest climatic qi adding to fixed host qi have certain difference, But no matter in the group of duration of diabetes≥10years or duration<10years, the distribution of diabetic nephropathy group and the control group in the year evolutive phase, celestial manager qi, qi in the earth, host evolutive phase, guest evolutive phase, the factor repeated most time, constitution and the result of guest climatic qi adding to fixed host qi are tested by the chi-square test, P>0.05, so there’s no statistical significance, namely we cannot think the above factors have effect on the incidence of diabetic nephropathy. Conclusion:Through the analysis of the collected patients with heory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors, this research shows that we can’t believe in the factors including the year evolutive phase, celestial manager qi, qi in the earth, host evolutive phase, guest evolutive phase, the factor repeated most time, constitution and the result of guest climatic qi adding to fixed host qi are not related to the incidence of diabetic nephropathy. |
