ObjectivesDiabetic Foot (DF) is one of the most serious complications of diabetes, with high prevalence, great harm and difficulty of treatments,while preventable characteristics. According to Wagner grade0diabetic foot skin has no open lesion, often shown as acral insufficiency, cold skin, cyanosis or pale color, numb feeling, pure or loss of late, extremity tingling or burning, often with the foot or toe deformity. Because of the implementation of early intervention for0level DF, ulceration or gangrene can be effectively prevented during the progress. As a result,there are practical significance to enhance early intervention of Wagner Grade0Diabetic Foot. The study aims at Investigating the effect of warming Yang-nourishing blood and activating blood dredging collaterals on Diabetic Foot,through further observation the influence of warming Yang-nourishing blood and activating blood dredging collaterals (Gui Long Drink) to Hemorrheology related indicators of patients with Wagner Grade0diabetic foot.MethodsAccording to2010World Health Organization (WHO) diagnostic criteria for diabetes and "traditional Chinese Medicine Diabetes Prevention Guide" released by the Chinese Medicine Institute in2011, the diagnosis of diabetic foot disease divided90diabetic foot inpatients and outpatients into three groups equally and randomly,which are treatment group1(Gui Long drink), treatment group2(Gui Long drink and epalrestat) and the control group (epalrestat),30cases in each group. Three groups of patients continue to diet and appropriate exercise, remain unchanged antidiabetic drugs. Monitoring the change of clinical symptoms, blood rheology before and after the treatment, as well as evaluationg to Gui Long Drink in Yang deficiency and blood stasis type level0clinical curative effect of diabetic foot, we can explore its action mechanism.Results In terms of improvement of Wagner0grade diabetic foot symptoms, among the treatment group1(Gui Long Drink),which includes30cases,3cases were cured,10cases markedly effective11cases useful,6cases ineffective,the total efficiency reaches80%;among the treatment group2(Gui Long Drink+epalrestat),4cases were cured,11cases markedly effective,12cases useful,3cases ineffective, the total efficiency reaches86.67%; the third one is shown as3cases were cured,11cases markedly effective,9cases useful,7cases ineffective, the total efficiency reaches76.67%. After statistical analysis, with comparison of three groups of treatment of self control, P<0.05, there was statistical significance, showing that the three groups were effective.Comparing the first with the second treatment,it’s shown as x2=8.05,P=0.03,P<0.05. Treatment of the group2in the improvement of clinical symptom curative effect is better than that of treatment group1. Comparing group2with3, x2=13.752,P=0.033,P<0.05,it’s proved Treatment of Group2in improving clinical symptoms is better than that in control group. But, in comparison with the control group and treatment group1has no statistical significance.In the area of blood rheology of three groups’patients:the hemorheological indices were higher than normal people, showing that the Wagner0grade DF patients are in a hypercoagulable state. Treatment Group1, Group and the control group shows that after treatment of whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity group, whole blood reduced viscosity, hematocrit decreased. Three groups before treatment with itself, the paired t test, P<0.05, was statistically significant, indicating that three groups are effective in treating. After treatment between the three groups of visible, treatment group1, treatment group2whole blood high shear viscosity, the whole blood viscosity at low shear whole blood reduced viscosity, group, high hematocrit decreased significantly than that in the control group, statistical analysis, P<0.05, showed that the treatment group1,2groups of Hemorheology of side effects than the control group.Conclusion:Belong to the Gui Long Drink can significantly improve the level0clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic foot, its mechanism may be related to reduce viscosity of blood rheology in patients with d Wagner0grade diabetic foot, improve blood rheology.
