The relevant reference indicators are collected and measured, from which wecan analysis the changes and provide an objective and quantitative indicators for thecardiac reserve function of older pregnant women.Make a comparative analysis forcomplications and perinatal outcomes between the older pregnant women and normalpregnant women. We should pay more attention on the cardiac reserve function ofolder pregnant women and try our best to reduce the incidence of complications andof adverse pregnancy outcomes. So that older pregnant women can ensure the safetythough pregnancy and childbirth and improve the quality of perinatal care.ObjectiveTo assess the cardiac reserve function of older pregnant women, reduce theincidence of complications and of adverse pregnancy outcomes and and improve thequality of perinatal care. Materials and methods1Objects of researchWe selected127cases of pregnant women(the childbirth age is more than35years old) who do perinatal care in the Third Affiliated Hospital of ZhengzhouUniversity from September2012to September2013and another127cases ofpregnant women(the childbirth age is less than35years old)in the same periodrandomly as a control group. The related information is collected by the samequestionnaire. Methods of researchRelevant information and heart sound signals are collected with the machinemade by Bo Jing Institute of Medical Informatics Applications.Measure, calculateand analysis the tendency of Diastolic phase duration to Systolic phase duration. To explore the changes of cardiac reserve and analysis the impact ofcomplications and perinatal outcomes on the cardiac reserve function.Statistical methodsSPSS17.0is used for statistical analysis and indicators are showed byx s.The two samples were compared using the t test, groups of samples werecompared using single-factor analysis of variance; the rate was compared by χ2test. α=0.05is the test level.Results1Compare the D/S values of two different age groups of pregnant women: the resultswere: D/S values of pregnant woman in≤24age is (1.50±0.09), D/S values ofpregnant woman in25~29age is (1.47±0.17), D/S values of pregnant woman in30to34age is (1.44±0.13), D/S values of pregnant woman in35~39is (1.36±0.11), D/S values of pregnant woman in more than40years old is (1.18±0.11),showed that in all age group D/S values were significantly different (F=6.850,P=0.00).2Comparison of the D/S values between the old age group and the control group in28to36+6weeks and≥37weeks are significantly different and the D/S values for the pregnant women≤27+6weeks have no significant difference.3The D/S values of pregnancy complications:D/S values of pregnant woman merger gestational hypertension and anemia were statistically lower than that of the pregnant women without these complications (P<0.05).4The D/S values of pregnant women with cesarean delivery were lowwer than that of the natural delivery pregnant women (P<0.05).5The incidence of preterm children for the elderly group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionsThe cardiac reserve function of older pregnant women was significantly lower than normal pregnant women. The noninvasive detection of cardiac reserve function for pregnant women is worth to popularize in the clinical application. With which we can predict the change of cardiac function for pregnant women early.
