Each time, there was no significant difference of the index of1D,3D,7d group,P>0.05; In Irradiation group and the experimental group, the apoptosis rate andCaspase-3enzyme activity is1d>3d>7d,Bcl-2and Survivin protein expression is1d <3d <7d,P<0.05。The rats spleen biopsy showed: the control group seen in low power can see thecomplete capsule, there is well-demarcated between the red and white pulp,haveclear trabecular structure,Vascular clearly, germinal center Obvious,At highmagnification, Cells are arranged in compact and orderly is seen,Compared with thecontrol group,irradiation group,the experimental group spleen capsule integrity, cellsare sparse, the white pulp and marginal zone can be seen in the large number ofapoptotic cells, the morphology of cell apoptosis can be seen, extravasated red cells.Compared with the irradiated group, the experimental group each time the cellsarranged more closely, relatively small apoptosis cells, exudation of RBC less.Gastrodia elata reduces tissue radiation damage to a certain extent; group, controlgroup1D,3D,7d were no significant difference of less than3D, the apoptotic cellsirradiated group1D,exudation of RBC is relatively light,7d than3D slightly recovery,apoptotic cells than3D1D in experimental group was restored, exudation of RBC is relatively light,7d than3D slightly recovery.ConclusionGastrodia elata can reduce the content of MDA,increase the activity ofSOD,promot Survivin,Bcl-2protein expression,reduce the Caspase-3activity,andreduce the cell apoptosis,has a protective effect on radiation injury of spleen. |
