| Objective: To explore the curative effects between re-resectionmainly treatments and TACE for recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma afterhepatectomy. Methods: To study the patients with recurrent hepatocellularcarcinoma between2012.1to2013.12in our hospital retrospectively, chosethose who got hepatectomy only or TACE only. There were30males and8females.According to the therapy methods they have got, they were dividedinto two groups, the surgical group and the conventional group. To analysethe statistics with SPSS21.0, to got the relationship between therapymethods and statistics, and to know how the therapy methods affect thesurvival rate and survival time. Results: To compare the clinical pathological statistics we got allP>0.05, the base line was epual. After they got treated, they got a decreaseof AFP, but the surgical group got a lower AFP, and it was statisticallysignificant compare to the TACE group. The1-year and2-year survival rate of the surgical group were81.8%and74.1%, were obviously higher thanthose of conventional group, and the survival time is longer, the differenceis statistically significant. Conclusion: There is a high recurrence rate for HCC; to curerecurrent HCC, if there is no absolute contraindication, surgical resectionmainly treatments is still the first choice for recurrent HCC, and thecurative effect is better than TACE. If conditions are OK, salvage livertransplant would be a better therapy for recurrent HCC. |
