Clinical Efficacy Of Kidney Clearing And Contact Turbidness On Delaying Chronic Renal Insufficiency (CKD3-5period)Disease Progression

Objective:To observe the Clinical efficacy of kidney clearing and contact Turbidnes s method for delaying chronic renal insufficiency(CKD3-5) the curative effect of patients with disease progression.Methods:In this study,aiming at to Jiangsu province hospital outpatient visits and h ospitalization of patients,in the Clinical efficacy of kidney clearing and contact Turbidne ss method on the basis of the patient’s condition for syndrome differentiation and trestm ent,the total course of treatment for24months.Results:(1)Evaluation from the aspects of clinical symptoms:76patients in3,6,12,18, and24months of clinical symptoms compared with original had significant diff erence (P<0.05), all have statistical significance.(2) from the aspects of renal curative effect evaluation:76cases of patients with serum creatinine and GFR after treatment f or3months,6months,12months after compared with before treatment were decreased, with statistical significance (P<0.05);18months of treatment, no significant differenc e (P>0.05) compared to pre-treatment serum creatinine and can be considered when tre atment has the effect of stable disease.Treatment24months, GFR decline before treatmen t although more about2.04ml/min, but these researchers have not been concluded in Chinese medicine treatment of patients CKD4average monthly rate of decline in GFR was2.08±3.81ml/min compares and combines the characteristics of chronic renal insufficiency diseas e, can be considered "kidney clearing and contact Turbidness" method could delay the pr ogression of chronic renal insufficiency role.(3) From the safety evaluation indicators:76p atients with Hb, ALB, TG, LDL compared before and after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05), before and after TC treatment difference was statisticall y significant (P<0.05), can be considered,"kidney clearing and contact Turbidness"with security features.(4) analysis of survival can be seen from the table, Carried out in the ear ly treatment can improve kidney health insurance long-term survival, and the kidneys, and t he treatment should be a long process.Conclusion:Through clinical research to be sure "kidney clearing and contact Turb idness" method to improve the patients’ clinical symptoms, improve patient quality of1ife has a good effect can not be ignored.
