ObjectiveTo systematically analyze the risk factors for de1ayed cerebralvasospasm after aneurysm subarachnoid hemorrhage in order to provideevidence for prevention and treatment of the disease.MethodsArticles of risk factors for de1ayed cerebral vasospasm after aneurysmsubarachnoid hemorrhage from VIP,CBM,CNKI, Wangfang and pubmed, springlink, highwire database, and correlated indexes were extracted forMeta-analysis by using RevMan5.1.ResultsThirteen articles were selected. The heterogeneity of all data wasequilibrium, and used fixed effects model. The difference showed statisticalsignificance in the history of hypertension,Fisher>Ⅱ,age>50years, theposterior circulation aneurysm.and no statistical significance in thesex, smoking history, the way of treatment. The symmetry of funnel plotsprompted no publication bias. ConclusionPatients with history of hypertension,Fisher>Ⅱ,age<50years, theanterior circulation aneurysm were at higher risk of de1ayed cerebralvasospasm, To strengthen close monitoring and management were crucial inthese patients.
