The Clinical Research Of Anti-thrombosis Capsule Prevent The Restenosis After Coronary Intervention

Object:To observe the effect of Anti-thrombosis capsule Prevent the restenosis after PCI,and to explore its mechanism.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria, choose120cases of Western medicine for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease:(postoperative of PCI),and TCM diagnosis of chest pain syndrome (Qi deficiency and blood stasis), randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with conventional western medicine plus anti-thrombosis capsule;while the control group only with conventional western medicine treatment. Two groups were treated for6months, then comPared the clinical symptoms, TCM syndrome, coronary angiography,electrocardiogram and experimental indexes changes of the two groups.Results:The results of treatment group and control group angiography showed restenosis rates are1.67%to13.33%, shows the statistically significant (P<0.05), the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group; the situation about angina and ECG of the two groups were improved, but there is no significant efficiency (P>0.05); the TCM main symptoms quantitative integral change of the two groups before and after treatment have statistical significance (P<0.05), the treatment group has a better effect on the syndromes of TCM; the TIB of the two groups have significantly decreased after treatment (P<0.01), and the treatment group is better than the control group; the TC levels of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05), TG levels of the two groups also decreased, compared with those before treatment, there have significant differences on the treatment group(P<0.05); two groups patients have a higher level on HCY, TNF-α, hs-CRP than the normal People(P<0.05), the HCY and hs-CRP levels of two groups decreased significantly, and has a statistically significant difference (P<0.01or P<0.05), and the effect of the treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05), TNF-α is slightly decreased, but the difference is not statistically significant (P>0.05)Conclusion:the treatment of combining Anti-thrombosis capsule and western medicine can effectively reduce the restenosis rate after PCI.The mechanism may be related with the regulating of blood lipid and anti-inflammatory.
