Clinical Efficacy Of Nucleotide Analogues Treatment Of HbeAg-positive Or HBeAg-negative Decompensated Cirrhosis

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of entecavir(ETV) or lamivudin e(LAM) Treatment in decompensated cirrhosis(Decompensated Liver Cirrhosis of h epatitis B virus DLC) related to HBeAg-positive or HBeAg-negative patients. Methods:Retrospective analysis collected59cases of Child-Pugh class grade B-C pa tients with decompensated cirrhosis of infectious diseases in Xinjiang Medical Cent er from January2010to December2013,On the basis of comprehensive treatment,59patients divided into entecavir group of30patients(Givenentecavir0.5mgonce a dayon an empty stomach) and lamivudine group of29patients(given lamivudine100mg once a day), detected two groups of patients Indicators at Before the treatm ent or24weeks of treatment and48weeks of treatment. the Indicators include t hat HBV-DNA level、HBeAg、alanine aminotransferase (ALT)、aspartate aminotran sferase (AST)、total bilirubin (TBIL)、prothrombin activity (PTA%) and Child-Pu gh-Turcotte (CPT) score. Results:entecavir and lamivudine groups can effectively improve the Decompensated Cirrhosis related to HBeAg-positive or HBeAg-negativ e Patients condition, the difference has statistically significant (P<0.05), but simil ar clinical efficacy between the two groups, the difference has not statistically sig nificant effect (P>0.05). There are two cases of lamivudine treatment in patients h ad virologic breakthrough occurred when48weeks, Entecavir group no case of vi rological breakthrough. Conclusion:Entecavir or lamivudine treatment1year for d ecompensated cirrhosis related HBeAg-positive or HBeAg-negative patients similar e fficacy, but In the course of treatment,Entecavir Group did not happen virologic br eakthrough,the Effective drug treatment of decompensated liver cirrhosis.
