Objective:Research in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated by pulmonary hypertension disease, Plasma C reactive protein and b-type natriuretic peptide, D dimer, blood oxygen partial pressure and the change rule of related factors such as the relationship between the disease.Methods:90our hospital patients are selected, According to the criteria for the diagnosis of COPD are accord with the diagnosis, Secondary pulmonary hypertension and improve cardiac ultrasound screening COPD observation c-reactive protein, b-type natriuretic peptide, D dimer, oxygen partial pressure and other factors to observe these factors change relation with pulmonary hypertension. Results:In the observation indexes, B-type brain natriuretic peptide and c-reactive protein, D dimer in simple COPD group than the control group significantly increased (P<0.05), And COPD combined elevated pulmonary hypertension is relatively simple COPD group (P<0.05), And the pulmonary artery pressure increased (P<0.05). Relatively simple control to reduce oxygen partial pressure simple COPD group, With mild COPD pulmonary artery high pressure oxygen partial pressure slightly higher than the pure COPD group, Consider with the patient after admission to oxygen, after the treatment such as anti-inflammatory, The oxygen partial pressure and COPD with moderately severe pulmonary hypertension group was obviously lower than the control group and simple COPD group.Conclusions:C-reactive protein, oxygen partial pressure and b-type natriuretic peptide,D dimmer changes associated with COPD and pulmonary hypertension in relationship, and to a certain extent, the severity of reaction condition index.
