Objective:To explore the neuroendocrine breast cancer (NEBC) of the clinical characteristics, pathological feature and prognosis. Methods:A retrospective analysis of25cases of affiliated tumor hospital of Xinjiang Medical University in2004January to2013June was pathologically diagnosed as clinical data of NEBC. Comparative analysis of characteristics of simple NEBC and with other types of cancer in NEBC patients in clinical and pathological aspects, With the literature, analysis and discussion of patients in general, clinical manifestations, ultrasonic mammography features, treatment and prognosis. Results:25cases of NEBC patients aged36~83years old, average age is58.2years old, clinical and imaging examination have no characteristic features, The positive rate of immunohistochemical ER, PR were76%and64%, no strong positive expression of HER-2, there was significant difference between physical characteristics of simple NEBC and with other types cancer, There is statistically significant difference in the number of birth (P=0.03), no significant difference in the other clinical and pathological characteristics (P>0.05). All patients underwent operation treatment, and adopt comprehensive treatment of chemotherapy, radiotherapy, endocrine therapy after operation according to the pathological postoperative situation. All patients were followed up for9-115months, the median follow-up time were55months,1year,2year,5year survival rates were100%,95%,88%, the disease-free survival rate was96%,90%and78%. Conclusion:the age of the patients in NEBC is lower than that reported abroad, Simple NEBC and with other types of cancer patients in the clinical, pathological features was no significant difference. Observation of treatment and prognosis of NEBC still need long time large sample follow-up.
