[Object] To learn the prevalence of hepatitis B and the Hepatitis B surface antigen carry rate and the Hepatitis B virus infection among different people in Songjiang District, Shanghai, therefore, to evaluate the immunity level of the vaccine objectively, to provide basis for drafting scientific and effective prevention strategy of this disease.[Method] According to the multi-stage random sampling principles,3community residents had been selected randomly from15villages and towns (street) in Songjiang district. Using the same questionnaire to conduct the epidemic survey for resident population (living more than6months), including demographic characteristics, the relative factors, vaccine history of Hepatitis B and so on. Blood of every subject had been collected to conduct the survey of the infection rate of Hepatitis B, and ELISA had been adopted to test the HBsAg, anti-HBs, and anti-HBc. The subjects with positive HBsAg had been asked to test HBeAg and anti-HBe. Adopt the Epidata3.0to set the database and SPSS16.0software to do the statistical analysis.[Results](1)Basic information:The total number of subjects was648, and648blood samples had been collected. The positive rate of HBsAg, anti-HBs, anti-HBc and HBV were3.86%,43.83%,4.94%and30.71%, respectively.(2)①The distribution of landmark of HBV infection:the positive rate of HBsAg in1~4years old,5~9years old,10~14years old were2.50%、0%and2.70%, respectively, lower than over15years old group; the lowest was5-9years old group, then the1~4years old group, the highest was55~59years old group, from the10~14years old group, the rate increased by age, and chi-square had been used to test the positive rate of HBsAg and infection rate of HBV between different age groups, however, no statistical significant had been found yet.②The positive rate of HBsAg was4.67%in Male, higher than female’s3.06%,however, no statistical significant could be found; the infection rate of HBV in male was30.53%,versus female’s30.89%, also no statistical significant could be found.③No statistical significant could be found among different nations too.④Among different professions, the highest positive rate of HBsAg was peasant(16.13%), then other profession (7.84%); peasants were also with the highest HBV infection rate (70.97%),and then cadres (63.16%),and statistical significant could be found.④To analyze the distribution of different cultural group from15years old to59years old:college and bachelor were with the lowest HBsAg-positive rate, both were0.00%; however, senior high school education(secondary school education) who with the highest HBsAg-positive rate was8.64%. And the rate of illiteracy, pimary school education, middle school education was4.17%,5.00%and6.47%, respectively. From slow to high, the bachelor or above with the lowest HBV infection rate (38.46%),then senior high school education(secondary school education)with45.68%; the illiteracy with the highest rate achieved75.00%, according to chi-square, no statistical significant could be found yet.(3) Incubation of vaccine of HBV:the incubation rate of vaccine of HBV of1~4years old group,5~9years old group,10~14years old group,15~24years old,25~34years old group,35~44years old group,45~54years old group and55years old or above group were98.33%,98.17%,83.78%,33.33%,11.43%,0.00%,1.09%and0.00%, respectively, and the average rate was48.15%.(4) Single factor analysis of HBV infection:using single factor analysis to analyze the13factors, and whether living with people with positive hepatitis B surface antigen, whether had surgical history, whether had treatment of mouth cavity, endoscope, acupuncture, whether had blood donation for payment, whether had traumatic hairdressing, whether went to bath place frequently, whether went to barbershop to have haircut frequently, repair body hair and shave were relative with infection of HBV, statistical significant existed.(5) Multivariate analysis of HBV infection:According to the multivariate logistic regression analyses, age, cultural degree, whether living with people with positive hepatitis B surface antigen and whether had incubated HBV vaccine were found highly relative factors.[Conclusions] Prevention of HBV had gained the positive effect, especially for under15years of age, so, we must do the vaccination for neonatal well, while, we would better expand the vaccination population, and to increase publicity to let more persons understand more about the risk factors of HBV, therefor, to achieve better effects of prevention of HBV.
