With the rise of living standards and the improvement of brain research methods, the study of diseases has attracted more and more attention. This paper investigate people with cerebral microbleed or antisocial personality disorder, respectively. Research on CMB analyzed the diffusion tensor image of people with or without CMB by tract-based spatial statistics method, find the differences between the two groups. Result showed that the injured fibers are mainly located on the right. Research on ASPD find the abnormal active region in patient with ASPD by analyzed the resting-state function magnetic resonance image using regional homogeneity method. Evaluate the significance of the result by pattern classification means. Result showed the abnormal active region is mainly located on the right cerebellar lobe, right frontal lobe, right occipital lobe and the left temporal lobe. Classification experiments demonstrate based on the result of ReHo analysis, the classifier can separate two groups exactly. So, this paper can promote the mechanism understanding of CMB and ASPD, provided some important reference to the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
