Objective:(1)Observe the effect of Acupuncture combined with Nimodipine on mice nerve function in elderly ischemic stroke model improvement and the expression of serum brain-derivednerve (BDNF), homocysteine (HCY);(2)Observation of Acupuncture combined with medicine on mild cognitive impairment after stroke (MCI) of serum cholesterol (TC), triglyceride(TG), fibrinogen (FIB), the level of HCY and the mini mental state examination (MMSE), the Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA)score change effect.Methord:Animal experimental study:30mice by artery thread making middle cerebral ischemia reperfusion model, were randomly divided into three groups:model group, drug group and needle medicine group,10rats in each group.Model group were given physiological saline; Drug group were nimodipine suspension gavage treatment;Based on the treatment in the drug group,needle medicine group acupunctured Baihui, Sanyinjiao, and bilateral Sanyinjiao connecting EA. A total of20days of treatment,before and after the intervention, the intervention of Bederson and Clark neural function score, HCY and BNDFwere detected in the after of the intervention.The clinical study:60MCI after stroke patients were randomly divided into drug group,needle medicine group by using the draw method,30cases in each.Drug group:taking Nimodipine Tablets,20mg once,3times a day, for4weeks;Needle medicine group:Based on drug group, acupunctured Baihui, Sanyinjiao, Sishencong point, combined with electroacupuncture atBaihui and shenting,5times a week, for4weeks.Examination of serum TG, TC, HCY, FIB levels before and after treatment respectively, and MMSE and MoCA score.Results:Animal experimental study:Compared with before intervention,the drug group and needle medicine group, the neurological function score improved (P<0.05),and HCY level decreased and BDNF level increased compared with before intervention were statistically significant (P<0.05);After the intervention, compared with the model group, drug group and needle medicine group, the neurological function score improved (P<0.05), HCY level decreased and BDNF level increased significantly (P<0.05), and the nerve function score improvement of needle medicine group and decrease in HCY level, increase in BDNF level was more significant than the drug group(P<0.05).The clinical study:After treatment, two groups of patients MMSE, MoCA scores were significantly improved (P<0.05),and the needle medicine group improved more obviously (P<0.05);And needle medicine group the level of HCY decreased more significantly than drug group (P<0.05), but the two groups the levels of TC, TG, FIB decreased no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclutions:(1) Effect of acupuncture in the treatment of neurological and cognitive function after stroke is clear;(2)Compared with the simple use of nimodipine, acupuncture combined with medicine is more significant to improve the neurological and cognitive function after stroke;(3) We may up regulate the expression of BDNF, decreased HCY, FIB levels, as well as in regulating blood lipid metabolism to improve the neurological and cognitive impairment after stroke.
