Object:By observing exercises Health Qigong Tai ji quan1time, Tai ji quan2times, Tai ji quan3times, walk, control (no regular physical exercise) five different methods for type2diabetes to explore the characteristics of the Health Qigong Tai ji quan adjuvant treatment of type2diabetes. By observing the different number of Health Qigong Tai ji quan auxiliary analysis to explore the treatment of type2diabetes dose-effect relationship.Methods:(1)Select the type2diabetic patients,75cases were randomly divided into control group, walking group, Tai ji quan1time group,2times group,3times group, each fifteen cases. Control group:subjects volunteers in addition to the use of drugs, do not participate in any prescription exercise. Walking group:subjects volunteers to walk two times a day. Tai ji quan Group:Health Qigong Tai ji quan interventions, patients were1time/day,2times/day,3times/day workout session. Exercise group, exercise5days a week, for six consecutive months.5groups were monitored before and after exercise therapy body mass index, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and related scale score change, and each parameter.(2) Health Qigong Tai ji quan group1,2,3times a group to analyze the amount of exercise activity relationship after the end of treatment.Results:(1) Compared with the control group, tai chi exercise group and the walking group for fasting plasma glucose and postprandial glucose control was not statistically significant (P>0.05), but for improving glycated hemoglobin values, there are very significant (P<0.01), the degree of improvement in HbAlc, tai chi group3> group tai chi2> tai chi group> walking group> control group; and within the group, in respect of reducing HbAlc values, before the experiment and after the experiment3month comparison, tai chi three groups there was a significant sense, the rest of the group was not significantly (P>0.05); comparative six months after three months after the experiment and experiment, tai chi group1,2,3and walking group, were significant; control group showed elevated HbAlc values, there are very significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)Tai ji quan exercises can control of fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin, improve the diabetic condition and quality of life have a certain effect.(2)Tai ji quan exercises a certain dose-effect relationship with diabetes treatment, exercise Tai ji quan3times daily for6months, the adjuvant treatment of diabetes effect is most obvious.
