Content:In recent years, China’s medical market competition increasingly fierce, with the deepening medical reform, medical and health services to better promote healthy development, so that the enthusiasm of workers is working to get further enhance our attempt at public hospitals performance pay reforms. As we all know, public hospital reform is recognized under the new medical reform policy deepwater areas, and the distribution system of performance appraisal and salary reform of public hospitals is the difficulty of the difficulties. However, the performance of the State requires public hospitals reform, does not provide an effective way to operate the major hospitals, plus run public hospital system inertia and lack of scientific and effective health care services and medical services performance evaluation system to measure the value of labor standards, the balance of payments surplus is still the main form of public hospitals bonus distribution on the wage distribution hospital mess phenomenon is still quite obvious.Performance pay reform in our public hospitals, we always have to adhere to the social welfare of the hospital, and taking into account the sustainability of the hospital’s own development. Not only that needed in the allocation, insists hard work and excellent multi-workers have both, combined with the required technical job content, job level of risk borne by individual management responsibilities shouldered the work load and other factors as the performance of the wage distribution oriented, rational distribution gap opened between the posts. This paper compares the relevant incentives and salary distribution theory, defined the principles of public hospital performance evaluation and performance pay reform. On this basis, the status of the performance appraisal assignment and salary of39public hospitals in Wenzhou city were analyzed, and then the actual performance of work under wages each public hospital in Wenzhou City, some specific recommendations are given to Wenzhou city public hospitals wage performance reform, and Wenzhou City public hospital performance appraisal system and performance pay system for scientific settings, in order to provide effective help to Wenzhou public hospital pay for performance reform.
