Clinical Study On The Method Of Clearing Heat And Removing Dampness Stasis Paintreatment Of Damp Heat And Blood Stasis Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective:This study is a clinical research of the treatment of damp heat stasis sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease. By carrying on the quantification score according to the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of TCM symptoms and signs scores standard to make an objective and real evaluation of its clinical curative effect, and to discuss the possible mechanism of action, and to explore the relationship between the blood rheology and damp heat stasis sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease. Before and after treatment,by observing the blood routine, urine routine, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram (ecg) changes and adverse events, we can evaluate the security.Methods:Using randomized controlled clinical trial design method, we chose60patients included in the standard, according to the proportion of1:1randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (oral Qingre Lishi Huayu analgesia) and the control group (oral Kangfuyan capsules),30cases in each group. All patients with symptoms and signs changes were observed before and after treatment. Observe the changes of hemorheology before and after treatment between both groups.Results:1. Improvement in TCM syndrome integral, local signs integral and total integral after treatment, has a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P<0.01).2. The total effective rate of the treatment group of TCM syndrome is100%, and that of the local symptoms is100%, and that of the comprehensive effect is100%. The total effective rate of the control group of TCM syndrome is76.67%, and that of the local symptoms is73.33%, and that of the local symptoms is76.67%. Treatment group and control group have significant difference (P<0.05).3. The treatment group and the control group before and after treatment of whole blood viscosity (high cut, cut, low cut), there are significant differences (P<0.01). Plasma viscosity has significant difference (P<0.01). Blood sedimentation rate has significant difference (P<0.01). Both groups can improve the blood rheology. Two groups of patients after treatment the blood rheological index difference between groups has significant difference (P<0.01). The treatment group can improve the blood rheology index obviously better than the control group.Conclusion:Penyan Decoction has curative effect in the treatment of damp heat stasis sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease, can improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs and syndrome of TCM, local and ultrasound, improve the blood rheology. Its mechanism may be through improving the body’s immune function and patients’immune status, to achieve the purpose of treatment, so it is worth using and promotion in clinical.
