Objective:TO explore the expression level of AGT, Angâ…¡and ACE, in the RAS, relationship with the hepatic fibrosis indices in the hepatitis B virus and hepatic cirrhosis patients. Methods:180cases of the object of study, the normal control group was30cases, the mild hepatitis group was30cases, the moderate hepatitis group was30cases, the hepatic cirrhosis group was90cases.The ELISA and chemiluminescent immunoassay method were adopted to detect AGT,Angâ…¡,ACE and liver fibrosis indices.Results:1.With the disease progresses the HA,LN,PC-â…¢,â…£-C,AGT,Angâ…¡and ACE rise levels, comparision with the hepatic cirrhosis group was significantly higher than other groups(P<0.01or P<0.05).2.Comparision in terms of AGT,difference from the Child Pugh C class, the Child-Pugh B class and the Child-Pugh A class significant increased its activity level (P<0.05); comparision in terms of Angâ…¡and ACE, difference from the Child-Pugh A class, the Child-Pugh B class and the Child-Pugh C class significant increased its activity level (P<0.05,).3.Comparision in terms of AGT,difference from the prigmentary cirrohsis group and the bronzed cirrohsis group the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05);comparision in terms of Angâ…¡and ACE,difference from the bronzed cirrohsis group and the prigmentary cirrohsis group the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05).4.Comparision in terms of AGT,difference from the no hepatorenal syndrome group and the hepatorenal syndrome group the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);comparision in terms of Angâ…¡and ACE,difference from the hepatorenal syndrome group and the no hepatorenal syndrome group the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The AGT, Angâ…¡, ACE mentioned were no linear correlation with hepatic fibrosis indexes(P>0.05).Conclusion:With the progress of the hepatitis B disease activity gradually increased in plasma AGT, Angâ…¡and ACE,but needs further study the correlation between the existence of its increased activity and liver fibrosis indicators.
