| Objective:Discuss huangqi injection on alleviating acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) induced factors that influence the children with infection during chemotherapy.Methods:Randomized, double blind method,91cases of children with ALL divided into treatment group (47cases) and control group (44cases) and treatment group at the time of induction alleviate chemotherapy combined with huangqi injection for a0.5mL/kg, d, a total of35d, treatment group given equal dose of normal saline instead, two groups of the same other support treatment,compared two groups of induced ease after chemotherapy with the incidence of infection, infection duration, white blood cells and neutrophils level and area of infection and secretion cultivation positive rate of pathogenic bacteria.Results:Have4cases in treatment group (47cases) appear allergic reaction exit after the experiment, studies have shown that induce the incidence of infection in children with ease after chemotherapy treatment group were lower than the control group (all P<0.05); Different parts of the infection duration were lower than the control group (all P<0.05); Neutrophils level of treatment group were higher than that of control group (all P<0.05); The treatment group the respiratory tract infection, gastrointestinal infection, blood infection and skin soft tissue infection rates are lower than control group (all P<0.05); Pathogen infection is given priority to with gram-negative bacteria, infection in children with treatment group secretion culture positive rate is lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:Huangqi injection could be induced to alleviate the reduced chemotherapy drugs during chemotherapy for bone marrow suppression, may also through improve the level of neutrophils, which ALL children during induction to alleviate chemotherapy reduce the incidence of infection, infection occurs duration. |
