Study On The Correlation Between The Changes Of Serum Levels Of High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein And Plasma Levels Of B-type Natriuretic Peptide In Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome Patients With Coronary Heart Disease | Posted on:2015-09-25 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:F Zhu | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2284330452451056 | Subject:Otorhinolaryngology | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Objectives:To detection the changes of serum levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein and plasmalevels of B-type Natriuretic Peptide in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome patients andcoronary heart disease. To study the correlation between the two biochemical factors and OSAHSand CHD in order to explore the change of pathophysiology and pathogenesis of occurrence anddevelopment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome patients with coronary heartdisease. Methods:This study randomly selected fifty cases of OSAHS patients who were diagnosed byfullnight polysomnography (polysomnography, PSG) from February2013to February2014inour hosptial, they were divided into simple OSAHS patients and the merger of OSAHS and CHDpatients according to whether they are associated with CHD; another twenty-five cases ofpatients were diagnosed coronary heart disease which by coronary angiography in thecardiovascular medicine; twenty-five cases of normal control group were choosed from thehealthy check-up in the same period. To statistical analysis of the changes of serum levels ofhigh sensitivity C-reactive protein and plasma levels of B-type Natriuretic Peptide between allgroups, and the distinction of sleep apnea detection index AHI and LSpO2.To study thecorrelation between the two biochemical factors in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndromepatients with coronary heart disease, and to analyze the linear correlation between the serumlevels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein and plasma levels of B-type Natriuretic Peptide withAHI and LSpO2in OSAHS and OSAHS incorporate CHD patients.Results:(1)The serum levels of hsCRP and plasma levels of BNP in simple OSAHS group, simpleCHD group and OSAHS incorporate CHD group were significantly higher than that of normalcontrol group; The serum levels of hsCRP and plasma levels of BNP in OSAHS incorporateCHD group were clear difference compared with simple OSAHS group and simple CHDgroup,They were higher than the latter; There was no statistically significant difference of serumlevels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein and plasma levels of B-type Natriuretic Peptidebetween with simple OSAHS group and simple CHD group.(2) The apnea-hypopnea index (AHI)in simple OSAHS group and OSAHS incorporateCHD group were clear difference compared with normal control group and simple CHD group, they were higher than the latter;the levels of LSpO2in simple OSAHS group and OSAHSincorporate CHD group were clear difference compared with normal control group and simpleCHD group, they were lower than the latter;AHI in OSAHS incorporate CHD group weresignificantly higher than that of simple OSAHS group; the levels of LSpO2.in OSAHSincorporate CHD group were significantly lower than that of simple OSAHS group; There wasno statistically significant difference of AHI and the levels of LSpO2between with simple CHDgroup and normal control group.(3) The serum levels of hsCRP and plasma levels of BNP were both correlated positivelywith AHI and correlated negatively with LSpO2both in OSAHS patients and OSAHSincorporate CHD patients. The plasma levels of BNP correlated positively with serum levels ofhsCRP(y=33.834x-42.449). Conclusions:(1) It is supposed that that there must be some inflammatory response, and the levelof inflammatory reaction were higher than others.(2) we can deduce that the serum levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein andpl-asma levels of B-type Natriuretic Peptide may helpful for illness monitoring, the screeningof high risk population and prognosis evaluation among OSAHS incorporate CHD patient-s.(3) OSAHS may be by enhancing the inflammatory cascade pathway to promote theoccurrence of coronary heart disease (CHD),It may have some help to use anti-inflammatory treatment for improving the prognosis of patients with OSAHS. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome, coronary, heart disease, serum levels of highsensitivity C-reactive protein, plasma levels of B-type Natriuretic Peptide | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
