Objects:Observe the changes of lower limb CT perfusion parameters in rabbit leg acuteischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury model,combining with the corresponding laboratorybiochemical indicators (CK, LDH, MDA and SOD), to explore the diagnostic value of CTperfusion imaging in rabbit skeletal muscle ischemia-reperfusion injury, for the clinicalapplication of CT perfusion imaging of lower limb ischemia reperfusion injury and provideexperimental reference for treatment.Methods:30New Zealand white rabbits were randomly assigned to I/R group and sham group, I/Rgroup assigned to0h,6h,12h,24h after reperfusion,6rabbits in each group. Each rabbit inI/R group were clamped right lower limb blood for3h and recovery reperfusion at0h,6h,12h,24h, then accepted CT perfusion scanning of double lower limbs, obtained CT perfusionparameters blood flow (AF), blood volume (BV), contrast clearance rate(C) and took bloodsample.Then calculated rAF, rBV, rClearance (rC) which are the repufusion parameters ratiobetween the right side and left side, and tested the serum level of CK, LDH, MDA, SOD, lastanalyzed the relationship between each CT perfusion parameters and biochemical indexes.Results:①Compared with the sham operation group, the treatment group respectively in0h,6h,12h,24h, rAF mean:0.92±0.14、0.89±0.12、0.88±0.20、0.75±0.11,and decreased graduallywith the prolongation of reperfusion (P<0.05);②serum CK, LDH and MDAof each I/R group were significantly higher than those innormal group (P <0.05), but the value of SOD decreased gradually with the reperfusion timeextension (P<0.05);③The correlation coefficient between rAF and LDH, CK, MDA, SOD respectivelywere-0.644,-0.468,-0.684,0.589(P<0.05), rBV had significant correlation with nothing butLDH (r=-0.447, P<0.05). Conclusion:①The serum biochemical indicators prove that rabbit femur back muscle group appearinjury immediately at reperfusion began after ischemia three hours, and with the prolongedreperfusion;②Application of320row CT perfusion imaging for lower limb skeletal muscleperfusion parameter values can half quantitatively reflect rabbit the damage of ischemiaskeletal muscle with reperfusion time, namely, with the extension of reperfusion time damageincrease gradually;③rAF is better and earlier than rBV and rC to reflect the reperfusion injury of skeletonmuscle; to provide new guideline for the clinical application of CT perfusion imaging to assessskeletal muscle ischemia-reperfusion injury situation and determine the treatment.
