And using the questionnaire investigationmethod to public hospitals at the county level in Xinjiang college leaders,doctors and nurses for sample questionnaire, understand public hospitals at thecounty level to increase income (patient satisfaction oriented, characteristicservice and internal resource integration), reduce the cost of the costcompensation (cost control) and the hospital actual implementation, the final analysis of public hospitals at the county level should be how to implement costeffective compensation.
