Effects Of Different Dose Of Clopidogrel On Serum CD62p、sCD40l And VASP Level In Patients With Chronic Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective:To investigate Effects of different dose of clopidogrel on serum CD62p、sCD40Land VASP level in patients with chronic stable angina pectoris.Methods:The experimental subjects was selected123cases,including28cases of controlsubjects and95cases of SAP patients in Ningxia Medical UniversityCardiovascular Hospital. SAP patients were randomly divided into A and Bgroups,control subjects was C group. Group A and B after diagnosis of SAP wererespectively given clopidogrel75mg/d and150mg/d, Serum concentrations ofCD62p、 VASP and sCD40L were detected before taking clopidogrel and5th day.Serum concentration of CD62p、 VASP and sCD40L were measured by Elisa.Results:1. Before taking clopidogrel,the serum concentrations of CD62p in SAP patientswere higher than that in control group(7.62±2.99ng/L vs5.38±2.01ng/L,8.49±3.13ng/L vs5.38±2.01ng/L,P<0.05), there was no statistical significance effectson the concentration of serum CD62p between taking75mg/d and150mg/d(7.62±2.99ng/L vs8.49±3.13ng/L,P>0.05);the serum concentrations of VASP in SAPpatients were lower than that in healthy control group(280.73±163.30ng/L vs525.08±125.06ng/L,307.11±169.60ng/L vs525.08±125.06ng/L,P<0.05),therewas no statistical significance effects on the concentration of serum VASP between taking75mg/d and150mg/d(280.73±163.30ng/L vs307.11±169.60ng/L,P>0.05);the serum concentrations of sCD40L in SAP patients werehigher than that in healthy control group(743.52±247.17ng/L vs615.61±126.90ng/L,756.19±313.52ng/L vs615.61±126.90ng/L,P<0.05),there was nostatistical significance effects on the concentration of serum sCD40L betweentaking75mg/d and150mg/d(743.52±247.17ng/L vs756.19±313.52ng/L,P>0.05).2. In A group,the serum concentrations of CD62p and sCD40L before takingclopidogrel was higher than after taking clopidogrel four days((7.62±2.99ng/L vs6.79±2.51ng/L,743.52±247.17ng/L vs630.29±238.58ng/L,P <0.05);the serumconcentrations of VASP before taking clopidogrel was lower than after takingclopidogrel four days(280.73±163.30ng/L vs338.76±148.69ng/L, P<0.05).3. In B group, the serum concentrations of CD62p and sCD40L before takingclopidogrel was higher than after taking clopidogrel four days(8.49±3.13ng/L vs6.37±1.80ng/L,756.19±313.52ng/L vs633.68±193.20ng/L,P<0.05);the serumconcentrations of VASP before taking clopidogrel was lower than after takingclopidogrel four days((307.11±169.60ng/L vs367.33±103.57ng/L,P<0.05).4. After taking clopidogrel, there was no statistical significance effects on theconcentration of serum CD62p、 VASP and sCD40L between A group and Bgroup(6.79±2.51ng/L vs6.37±1.80ng/L,338.76±148.69ng/L vs367.33±103.57ng/L,630.29±238.58ng/L vs633.68±193.20ng/L,P>0.05).5.In A group, there was no statistical significance effects on the concentration ofWBC、NEUT%、LYM%、RBC、PLT、PCT、PLCR、PDW and MPV between beforetaking clopidogrel and after taking clopidogrel(6.59±2.18vs6.14±1.39,60.20±9.82vs59.04±8.33,30.44±8.85vs29.92±8.01,4.45±0.51vs4.40±0.47,200.00±52.36vs196.15±53.22,0.21±0.05vs0.21±0.05,30.00±7.37vs30.82±6.96,12.02±2.06vs12.16±1.68,10.41±1.60vs10.83±0.85,P>0.05); In B group, there was no statistical significance effects on the concentration of WBC、NEUT%、LYM%、RBC、PLT、PCT、PLCR、PDW and MPV between before takingclopidogrel and after taking clopidogrel(5.95±1.95vs6.18±2.41,59.70±10.99vs60.30±10.09,30.09±9.84vs28.21±8.74,4.62±0.61vs4.77±1.38,205.38±54.04vs201.10±51.00,0.21±0.05vs0.21±0.05,32.13±9.36vs33.69±9.60,12.68±2.28vs12.76±2.44,10.91±1.14vs10.96±1.10,P>0.05)。Conclusion:1.The concentration of serum CD62p in patients with SAP was higher than that ofthe healthy control group, clopidogrel(75mg/d and150mg/d) can reduce serumconcentration of CD62p in patients with SAP.2.The concentration of serum VASP in patients with SAP was lower than that ofthe healthy control group, clopidogrel(75mg/d and150mg/d) can increase serumconcentration of VASP in patients with SAP.3.The concentration of serum sCD40L in patients with SAP was higher than that ofthe healthy control group, clopidogrel(75mg/d and150mg/d) can reduce serumconcentration of sCD40L in patients with SAP.
