Objective To study the Pathogen Distribution and analyze the drug resistance inneonatal pneumonia, To provide the guide for clinical therapy. Methods Acquisition of neonatal pneumonia in children in our hospital neonatal June2010June2013qualified sputum specimens treated, Committee for Standardization in strictaccordance with American Society of Clinical Laboratory (NCCLS) recommended operatingmethods, Susceptibility testing use K-B disk diffusion method, Quality control strains areEscherichia coli ATCC25922, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25923, All provided by theMinistry of Health, Biological Products. Refer to2010-2013Committee for Standardizationof clinical reference laboratory (CLSI) recommended guidelines to determine the results,According to WHONET software program collected data entry WHONET statistical analysissoftware and bacteria distribution and drug resistance. Results Two hundred thirty-four Plants Pathogens were detected from One thousandand ninety-eight Sputum culture, the Positive rate was21.31%; with Gram-negative bacteriaaccounting for62.39%, The main bacteria included Escherichia coli, Klebsiella andEnterobacter cloacae. Gram-positive bacteria accounts for37.61%, The main bacteriaincluded Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis;53plants gram-negativebacilli produced ESBLs, the Positive rate was36.30%; The Methicillin-resistantStaphylococcus aureus’(MRSA) detection rate was58.62%, Escherichia coli bacteria andBacterial pneumonia Ke Leibo to ampicillin, cefuroxime, cefazolin, higher aztreonam, cefepime and ampicillin sulbactam rate (43.48%~92.11%), Significantly higher thancefoperazone sulbactam, imipenem and meropenem (P <0.05), Enterobacter cloacae cefoperazone sulbactam, imipenem, levofloxacin, cefepime, amikacin were less than10%,ESBLs producing the G-bacilli resistant to third generation cephalosporins rate of over50%,Imipenem, meropenem, amikacin rate of less than4%,. Staphylococci resistant to penicillin Gratio was100%, Clindamycin and trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole sulbactam rate(41.38%~61.29%), Not currently found linezolid to vancomycin, Staphylococcus aureusteicoplanin resistance. MARS gentamicin, ciprofloxacin, cotrimoxazole, clindamycinresistance rates were29.41%,41.18%,82.35%and47.06%.Conclusions Gram-negative bacteria is the main Pathogen to Neonatal pneumonia,Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus are the common pathogen, Bacterial is higherResistant to β-lactam antibiotics. Clinical should pay attention to the detection of pathogensand drug sensitivity testing, a reasonable choice of antibiotics, improved clinical efficacy, reduce the generation of resistant strains of pathogens.
