Clinical Observation Of Bianmi Decoction In The Treatment Of Yin Deficiency Type Of Constipation Owing The Pelvic Floor Dyssynergia

Objective:The aims of this study are observing the clinical curative effect and security of Bianmi Decoction in the treatment of yin deficiency type of Constipation owing The pelvic floor dyssynergia. To explore an optimization program in treating this disease through the combination of TCM and provide the basis for its clinical application.Methods:Randomly divide 60 subjects into treatment group and control group, those who met the inclusion criteria. The treatment group was treated with Bianmi Decoction, The control group was given Zengye Decoction. The patients received 3 courses of treatment.Compared with the total effect of each treatment, the corresponding improvement in symptoms, the anorectal pressure changes, the security Standard between the two groups before and after treatment and the Situation of defecation in 1 month after treatment.Results:The result of completion of the study cases were 60 cases, the treatment group (30 cases) and the control (30cases).Two groups of patients’sex, age, course of disease,total score of CSS and Yin deficiency symptoms grading standard quantization table, anorectal manometry before treatment such as a balanced comparison, no statistically difference between two groups agreed baseline. The two groups were comparable. That is the results:(1)The comparison of two groups’total curative effects:The 30 patients in the treatment group,12 cases were cured,10 cases were effected,2 cases were markedly effected;The totle efficiency was 83.33%;The 30 patients in the control group,7 cases were cured,6 cases were effected,9 cases were markedly effected;The totle efficiency was 73.33%, the efficacy of the Study group was significantly higher (P<0.05);(2)The integration results of two groups’ CSS:Both of the treatment group and the control group in effort of defecation,excess defecation times(the frequency of the patient go to defecate but did not success) and shape of faeces were improved (P<0.05), and the treatment group in improving excess defecation times, shape of faeces were better than that in control group(P<0.05); the treatment group in defecate frequency, abdominal pain and bloating, defecation time, defecation helper methods was improved (P<0.05),but the control group did not effect(P>0.05);neither of the treatment group and the control group in defecation unclear sense and anal bulge was improved (P>0.05).(3)The integration results of two groups’ Yin deficiency symptoms grading standard quantization table:Both of the treatment group and the control group in the integration results were improved (P<0.05), and the two groups are fairly (P> 0.05).;(4)The results of two groups’ anorectal pressure changes:Both of the treatment group and the control group in anal canal resting pressure, maximum anal canal contractive pressure, incipient rectal sensory thresholds were improved (P<0.05), and the treatment group in improving anal canal resting pressure was better than that in control group(P<0.05); the treatment group in rectal resting pressure, high pressure zone’s length of the anal canal, maximum capacity of the sensory threshold, random flaccid reflex of anal canal was improved (P<0.05),but the control group did not effect(P>0.05); neither of the treatment and the control group in inhibitory reflex of anal canal and rectum was improved (P>0.05).(5) The integration results of two groups’ CSS in 1 month after treatment:In the Long-term effects, the treatment group in defecate frequency, effort of defecation, abdominal pain and bloating, defecation time, defecation helper methods, excess defecation times, shape of faeces were better than that in control group(P<0.05); While the change of defecation unclear sense and anal bulge was not obvious in both groups (P>0.05).(6) The adverse reactions:the two groups were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.Bianmi Decoction treats on the yin deficiency type of Constipation owing The pelvic floor dyssynergia, which can improve the symptoms of patients with constipation.2. Bianmi Decoction treats on the yin deficiency type of Constipation owing The pelvic floor dyssynergia,which can significantly improve the deficiency symptoms。3.Bianmi Decoction treats on the yin deficiency type of Constipation owing The pelvic floor dyssynergia,which is better than Zengye Decoction in result of anorectal pressure changes.4. Bianmi Decoction treats on the yin deficiency type of Constipation owing The pelvic floor dyssynergia, which Long-term effects is better than Zengye Decoction, and no adverse reaction was found, it is a safe and effective treatment method.
