Objective To explore the value of the ICA analysis method in subcortical small vascular cognitive impairment (SIVCI)Methods Grouping 68 patients with cerebral small vessel disease, who are matched on age, gender, education level after evaluation with the clinical dementia criterion.12 cases of vascular dementia (SIVaD),21 cases of vascular cognitive impairment-no dementia patients (SIVCIND),35 cases of normal cognitive function were classified in the control group. Acquisition of high resolution structure image and resting-state fMRI data, through the independent component analysis (ICA) method to calculate and compared three groups of patients with brain activity changes. Using two-sample t-test, respectively SIVCIND group and normal control group, SIVaD group and SIVCIND group, SIVaD group and the normal control group DMN functional connections between the two groups, observed the situation of resting state brain default networks changes. Analyzed the SIVaD group of DMN statistical brain mapping and scale correlation. Results Compared with normal control group, SIVCIND patients default function of the network connection both higher brain areas have lower, higher brain regions, including the bilateral parietal and temporal gyrus,, lower brain regions including the Orbitofrontal cortex, medial prefrontal cortex, anterior cingulate cortex and bilateral occipital. SIVaD patients have bilateral cerebellar functional connectivity enhancements, and orbital frontal, frontal gyrus, inferior frontal gyrus, bilateral occipital and bilateral temporal lobe functional leaves and reduce connection. DMN of SIVaD group have significant correlation with Digital connection A, digit symbol conversion and MOCA scale score, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05)Conclusion In the resting state, vascular cognitive impairment of cognitive dysfunction in patients with executive dysfunction dominated fields, and its cognitive dysfunction may be associated with frontal-subcortical loops impaired, ICA dysfunction and early diagnosis has important value in the evaluation of vascular cognitive. Objective Using regional homogeneity (ReHo) method to investigate the subco-rtical ischemic vascular cognitive impairment (SIVCI) patients with changes i-n r esting state brain function. Methods Collection of 68 cases of ischemic cerebral small vessel disease, th -e clinical dementia rating scale scores were divided into vascular dementia grou-p (SIVaD group) 12 cases, vascular cognitive impairment no dementia group (SI-VCIND group) and 21 cases with normal cognitive function,35 cases in the con-trol group, Through the comparison of the ReHo for brain functional activities of the 3 groups of patients during resting state changes, and analysis of SIVCI w ith ReHo related changes and cognitive function. Results Compared with normal control group, the ReHo of SIVaD group, with brain regions increased including the left middle frontal gyrus, anterior cingulate and parietal lobule, lower brain regions including the inside prefrontal lobe, posterior cingulate gyrus, both temporal lobe and bilateral cerebellar; the ReHo of SIVCIND with right frontal lobe, bilateral parietal, occipital, superior temporal gyrus and inferior frontal gyrus increased, and inside prefrontal lobe, both temporal lobe, and the left inferior frontal gyrus reduced. Compared with SIVCIND group, the cingulate ReHo of SIVaD was significantly reduced, the left frontal lobe, parietal and bilateral corpus callosum show ReHo significantly increased. ReHo of SIVCI have significant correlation with MMSE and Digital connection A was statistically significant (p<0.05)Conclusion In the resting state, the presence of subcortical vascular cognitive impairment in patients with BOLD signal consistency between higher brain regions lot of fiber links, with ReHo method detected abnormal brain structure area for vascular cognitive impairment in patients with a certain sense of diagnosis value.
