Although the initial treatment of SCLC is sensitive, the efficiency of first- line treatment is high, but about 80% of limited stage small-cell lung cancer and almost all the extensive stage small-cell lung cancer may relapse, more disease progress within half a year. Disease progression in patients with SCLC recurrence is accelerated, and the effective treatment is less, the prognosis is poor. For now, the selection and treatment of relapsed SCLC second- line curative effect more inclined to end of the initial treatment to recurrence interval, for recurrence interval is more t han 6 months of SCLC can still benefit from the initial chemotherapy, and recurrence interval further regulations 3-6 months for sensitivity relapsed, and for recurrence interval time is less than 3 months or recurrence of initial treatment for refractory relapsed. Although the National Comprehensive Cancer Network(National Comprehensive Cancer Network, NCCN) in two types of relapsed of second- line treatment recommendations are basically the same, but the difference in response to the same chemotherapy drugs and long-term survival all have obvious difference. The drug resistance of the existing recurrent SC LC chemotherapy is serious, and the therapeutic effect is poor. For recurrent SCLC of sensibility or refractory SCLC, the second- line treatment is more concentrated in the exploration of new drug, optimization of chemotherapy scheme and development of targeted drugs. clinical trials to group according to the types of recurrence or hierarchical analysis, and the current clinical trial results show that effective rate and the average survival difference between the two is obvious. This article through to the recurrenrt SC LC chemotherapy drugs in the clinical trials of new drugs and summarizes the latest progress, to seek the best treatment plan or effective drugs, provide some guidance for clinical work...
