| Objective: Establishing mice on beard touch and smell the joint type of the animal models of learning and memory, using electrophysiological experiment method, research model in mice after information for the sense of touch and smell information stored in bilateral cerebral hemisphere asymmetric neural basis.Methods: 1. The establishment of the joint type model of learning and memory: select 15 days after the birth of kunming mice, butyl acetate as the odor source as a conditioned stimulus, the right side of the unconditioned stimulus for 5 Hz beard tactile stimuli, joint training 10 days in a row, establish beard touch and smell the conditioned reflex of animal models in mice.2 Behavioral science experiment: the experiment was divided into two groups, namely blank control group and the joint training. Blank control group don’t do any training, joint program by using the above method to establish the animal model, and a day after training to use Canon HFR28 camera to shooting mice under the smell of butyl acetate swing, adopting videostudio processing software to analyze the left and the right side of the oscillation frequency of the beard in mice. T maze test used to detect the links between smell and touch in mice, mice experiment process were given the left and the right side of the beard, detection in T the maze for the choice of butyl acetate.3. The local field potential experiment: the experiment was divided into blank control group and the joint training. Select 15 days after the birth of kunming mice, the group status is good, the beard and normal swing. Don’t do processing control, joint group of joint training for 10 days. Mice weighed, with 20% of the urethane by intraperitoneal injection of 0.1ml/10 g for anesthesia, cut scalp skull exposure, the bleeding, apply a small amount of lidocaine hydrochloride. Behavioral science experimental results:(1) The joint learning training after the mouse left and right beard oscillation frequency increased significantly in the normal group(P < 0.01), and on the right side of the side whiskers oscillation frequency than the left side is not training lateral oscillation frequency increased(P < 0.05).(2) T maze test results show that the joint group of mice to avoid the probability of butyl acetate significantly greater than in normal mice(P < 0.01), and the joint group right beard than stimulate the left big beard to avoid the probability of butyl acetate(P < 0.05).2. The local field potential experimental results:(1) in the left and the right side of the joint training group mice barrel cortex can be recorded on the right side of beard touch signals and the smell of butyl acetate.(2) in the normal control group of mice on the left side of the barrel cortex can record on the right side of beard touch signal, but the record is less than the smell of butyl acetate signal; At the right side of the barrel cortex tactile signals and sense of smell is not record.Conclusion: 1. The mice in touch for a period of time- the sense of smell after joint training, to establish a conditioned reflex, beard touch function and olfactory sensitivity increase. 2 After joint learning training, bila teral barrel cortex in mice have closer links between olfactory cortex. 3. After the joint training, the contact between the left and the right side of the barrel cortex, the information storage have difference in both sides of the cortex. |
