| Purpose:Evaluate the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture therapy stable COPD in dog days, and provide a valid basis for acupuncture to improve the quality of life in patients with stable COPD.Method:Collected 60 cases of COPD stabilization patients in Xiamen Hospital of TCM acupuncture clinic, which treatment of warm acupuncture for the dog days of summer (2014.7.18-2014.08.16) in 2014. According to the principles of randomized controlled divided into two groups, as follows, the treatment group 30 cases,30 cases in the control group. Both groups accept treatment from tiotropium inhalation (Sule,18ug, JCTT), On the basis of the medicine at the same time, the treatment group of patients received warm acupuncture treatment. Acupuncture prescription consist of Dazhui, Feishu (bilateral), Pishu(bilateral), Shenshu (bilateral), Geshu (bilateral), once every other day, for 30 days. Recorded the quality of life score,pulmonary function, symptoms and signs, etc. at the end of the treatment and before.Finally, the statistical software SPSS18.0 for windows used for statistical analysis.Results:1.The results show that in terms of TCM Syndrome and efficacy: â‘ After treatment, these two groups have a significant effect (P<0.05), When using the warm acupuncture treatment on the basis of the medicine to get better efficacy.(2)Both groups of patients with pulmonary symptoms, poor appetite, abdominal distension, colds and other symptoms are improved, except for spontaneous symptoms (P>0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.â‘¡The improvement of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05).2.Showed that the final effect of the treatment group better than the control group.While in pulmonary function:FEV1/Pre% and FEV1/FVC of after treatment Significant statistical significance Compared with before treatment, indicating that the two groups in pulmonary function were improved after treatment.And after treatment FEV1/Pre% compared with the FEV1/FVC, the difference was not statistically significant which showed efficacy of two groups almost the same(P>0.05).Dog days of Warming Acupuncture assort with inhalation tiotropium could improves pulmonary function in COPD by delaying its decline.3.In the quality of life:after treatment with significant statistical significance compared to the before treatment(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the treatment group CAT total score decreased significantly after treatment, there was a significant difference statistically significance(P<0.01). Studies have shown that warm acupuncture improve the quality of life of patients have a certain effect.Conclusion:The dog days of warm acupuncture treatment in patients with stable COPD significant effect, can significantly improve lung function and quality of life of patients, it is a safe and effective treatment method. |
