At present, modern medical treatment of this type of cervical spondylosis with drugs and surgery,(drugs such as vasodilator drugs, corticosteroids, anti-inflammatory analgesics, muscle relaxants, neurotrophic drugs), although quick, but the side effects, the recurrence rate is high, difficult to obtain the satisfactory treatment. TCM is work- loss, qi stagnation and blood stasis, main and collateral channels blocked, tendons dystrophy, do not raise the bone, joint hyperplasia, caused by Cervical spondylosis radiculopathy Therefore, according to the characteristics of pathogenesis, "Bo Xue Tong Luo method for the treatment of manipulation, the conditioning tendons knot to fire, Qi and blood, Yang Rong tendons, joints, safe and reliable curative effect.The study aims to observe the clinical symptoms and signs score, cervical score and VAS score before and after treatment in patients with Cervical spondylosis radiculopathy, comparison of clinical efficacy of "Bo Xue Tong Luo method" in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type, further to explore the therapeutic mechanism, to provide guidance for the clinical treatment of the disease.Method: From 2013 September to 2014 September in Hebei Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation, will meet the inclusion criteria of the 60 cases of Cervical spondylosis radiculopathy patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 30 cases, 30 cases in the control group, the treatment group: treated by shifting point massage treating by Professor Li Jinlong characteristics ". The control group clinical treatment methods according to Fan Binghua’s "eleven five" of traditional Chinese medicine higher education textbook "massage" in the treatment of Cervical spondylosis radiculopathy massage therapy. 1 /d, for one week, one week for a course of treatment, two groups were treated courses of treatment, after onemonth follow-up. Observation of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment, and 1 months after the follow-up of the Cervical spondylosis radiculopathy clinical signs and symptoms integral, cervical score, VAS score and curative effect. But the two kinds of treatment methods in the treatment and one month follow-up of cervical vertebra joint mobility to improve the difference. "Bo Xue Tong Luo method" directly to the pain of the tendons node, Bo Xue Tong Luo and open up, reduce the stimulation and oppression is quick, good curative effect, has the exact clinical curative effect..2 "Bo Xue Tong Luo method" clinical application of safe and reliable, no adverse reactions, to avoid neck manipulation routine massage in the treatment of patients caused by joint damage and other side effects, due to the reduction of the patients fear, making treatment more easily, and can enhance the curative effect.
