A Research On The Relationship Between HBVM Expression Patterns And HBV DNA Replication Levels With Liver Diseases Related To Hepatitis B Viral Infection | | Posted on:2016-05-11 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:G Tang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2284330461465402 | Subject:Department of Infectious Diseases | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objective:To probe the relationship between Hepatitis B virus serological markers (HBVM) expression patterns, HBV DNA replication levels and liver diseases related to hepatitis B virus infection, and. provide the basis of disease progression to clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods:Collecting 78 cases of hepatitis B virus carry group (ASC),84 cases of chronic hepatitis B viral hepatitis group (CHB),68 cases of chronic liver failure group(CHL),65 cases of liver cirrhosis (LC),72 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) as the research objects, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) were used to detect five groups of serum’s HBVM and HBV DNA level respectively.Results:(1)HBVM expression patterns among the five groups was statistically significant difference (p<0.05). HCC group was significant statistically difference in comparing respectively to ASC, CHB groups (p<0.05). The pattern with HBsAg, HBeAb and HBcAg positive (hereinafter referred to as " HBeAg negative ") was the main expression pattern in HCC group, the rate of HBeAg negative expression was significantly higher than that of the previous two groups, there was no statistically significant difference between LC group; (2) There was no statistically significant difference in the rest of groups about HBVM expression patterns. (3)HBV DNA replication level among the five puoups was statistically significant difference (p<0.05). HCC group respectively with ASC, CHB, CHL group’s difference was statistically significant, HCC group of HBV DNA replication level was significantly lower than that of the ASC,CHBand the CHL groups; LC group of HBV DNA replication level was significantly lower than that of the CHB group. There was no statistically significant difference in the rest of groups about HBV DNA replication level.Conclussions:The pattern of HBVM as HBeAg negative and low HBV DNA replication level mainly display in HCC and LC.They closely relate to the progression of the disease with hepatitis B virus infection. We also must pay attention to the possible development to HCC even in the HBeAg negative and lower replication level of HBV DNA. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | HBVM, HBV DNA, ASC, CHB, CHL, LC, HCC | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
