| objective:Observation and comparing early, mid re fractive status change with different surgical cataract surgery, discus sing settling time variation of the refractive status after cataract sur gery for the clinical better protect patients get good visual quality t o provide a reference. Methods:Collection of 59 cases (75 eyes) of age-related catara ct patients, according to the different Incision position, it can be di vided into three groups:group A (19 cases,25 eyes) for the top 2. 8-3mm clear corneal incision, group B (26 cases,30 eyes) underwe nt temporal 2.8-3mm clear corneal incision, group C (n= 14,20 e yes) underwent 2.8-3mm of corneoscleral limbus tunnel incision. Re cords of patients measured before and after one day, three day,one w eek, one month, three month, is that the uncorrected visual acuity, b est corrected visual acuity, spherical diopter, astigmatism and axial direction. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 19.0 softwar e, the independent two samples were compared using independent s amples T test, multiple samples were compared by using analysis o f variance among groups, the two two is the LED method. P< 0.0 5 indicated statistical significance.Results:1.the uncorrected distance visual acuity (UCVA):No si gnificant difference among the three groups at each time point, (P> 0.05); group A, B, C all appear:Preoperative and postoperative ea ch time points are significant difference (P<0.01), using LSD met hod further pairwise comparison, the early postoperative one day an d three days after surgery no significant statistical difference (P> 0. 05), followed by vision gradually increased, after 1 week and after one month and three month were statistically significant after (P<0. 05), after one month and three month after no significant difference (P> 0.05). Namely A, B, C each group were uncorrected distance visual acuity significantly improved and were in after a month or s o to stabilize.2.the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA):No signifi cant difference at all time points between the three groups (P> 0.0 5); comparison within groups, A, B, C were significantly different (P<0.05) in each group were used LED method further pairwise c omparison, A, B, C in each group appear:Preoperative and postope rative time points were significant difference (P<0.01), early after one day and after 3 days without obvious statistical difference (P> 0.05), followed by vision gradually increased, after 1 week and afte r 1 month after surgery, after 1 week and 3 months after there w as no significant difference (P> 0.05). That each group were A, B, C best corrected distance visual acuity compared with preoperative increase, and are about one week after surgery to stabilize.3.Spheri cal degree:No significant difference at all time points A, B, C betw een the three groups (P> 0.05); comparison within groups, A, B, C were significantly different (P<0.05), respectively, in each group, each group uses LED method further pairwise comparison results, A, B, C each group appears:1 day 3 days after surgery and postoper ative hyperopia drift, no significant difference (P<0.05) between th e two, then hyperopia drift gradually decreased after 1 week and af ter 1 month after surgery, after 1 month and 3 months, after 1 week and 3 months after no significant difference (P> 0.05), that is, each group ball diopters are stabilized in about one week after sur gery.4.Astigmatism:each time point, preoperatively, A, B, C groups was no significant difference, (P> 0.05), A, B, C three groups wer e 76%,73%,70% of patients corneal astigmatism<1.00D; after all time points emerge:there are significant differences A, B, C room s, (P<0.05); using pairwise comparison LED method further conclu ded that no significant difference between B, C group (P> 0.05), A significant difference between groups B A, C between groups were statistically significant (P<0.05), namely B, C average postoperativ e astigmatism at each time point were less than in group A, and (P <0.05), whereas before there was no significant difference. Before taking each time point, compare the group, A, B, C three groups c ompared with preoperative corneal astigmatism increased 1 day after corneal astigmatism in each group reach the.maximum, and then d ecreases after 31 day after day with no statistically significant diff erences after 1 week compared with the postoperative one day and three days after surgery, there are statistically different, after 1 wee k and after 1 month after surgery January and after 3 months, after 1 week and 3 months after there was no significant difference (P> 0.05), postoperative astigmatism in each group that is about all ab out one week after surgery to stabilize. After one week, after 1 mo nth and 3 months after surgery compared with those before, A grou p were statistically significant (P<0.05); B, C groups had no signif icant difference (P> 0.05).5.Preoperative, A, B, C groups were again st the rule astigmatism; early one day, three days after postoperati ve, A, group C increased the-rule astigmatism proportion, increase t he proportion of group B against the rule astigmatism; postoperative 1 week,1 month and 3 month, A, group C along rule astigmatis m reduced proportionately, increasing the proportion of astigmatism against the rule, and compared with preoperative increased gradually smaller proportion of group B against the rule astigmatism, the pr oportion of cis-rule astigmatism gradually increased, and the increas e from the previous surgery. In conclusion:1.2.8-3mm temporal clear corneal incision, superi or clear corneal incision and superior scleral tunnel incision were h ave the advantages of good postoperative visual and quick recovery, so that can be used as the treatment of cataract.2.The most of peo pie have the rule astigmatism befor cataract surgery, th corneal asti gmatism of temporal clear corneal incision and superior scleral tunn el incision is often lower than superior clear corneal incision, no s ignificant difference of the former two.3. Postoperative refractive sta tus had mild hyperopic refractive state in the early time.4.The refra ctive status after cataract surgery is stable for about 1 weeks, can be combined with the clinical for guidance of glasses. |
