Objective:Corneal endothelial cells observed vitrectomy operation of complicated cataract after phacoemulsification; The combined use of anterior chamber maintainer of effect on corneal endothelial cells. Methods:Study in 2013 March to 2014 December period, in the Department of Ophthalmologythe First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University has been confirmed forvitreous operation of complicated cataract patients with a total of 44 eyes in 44 patients. Were randomly divided into two groups, the A group 22 eyes with viscoelastic agentcombined with anterior chamber maintainer by Phacoemulsification, group B 22 eyes of viscoelastic agents keeping anterior chamber under ultrasonic emulsification as control group. Before operation were performed on patients with ocular segment afterinspection, respectively after 1 weeks,1 months for patients were followed up, observed and recorded the indicators are:endothelial cell loss rates of the corneal endothelial cells of comparison, variation coefficient, percentage of hexagonal cells, average cell area, coefficient of variation of cell area, Central corneal thickness, best corrected visual acuity and complications of operation.Results:1.Between the two groups at different time after operation of corneal endothelial cell loss rate:1 weeks after operation in group A (8.32 ±1.77)%, at 1 months (12.01±1.29)%; 1weeks after operation in group B (8.57±1.16)%,1 months after operation (11.42±1.51)%; after operation 1 weeks and 1 months of A, B two groups of corneal endothelial cell loss rate comparison, the differences were not statistically significant (P=0.7751 weeks after operation, P=0.889 1 months after operation).2.Comparison of two groups of different time of corneal endothelial cells of the coefficient of variation:1 weeks after operation in group A (40.18 ± 4.11)% and 1 months postoperatively (38.52±3.76)% were higher than those before operation (35.80 ±4.43)%,1 weeks after operation in group B (42.14 ±3.87)% 1 months and operationafter the (39.21 ± 5.23)% were higher than those before operation (36.01 ±3.23)%.Compared to the same time point of the corneal endothelial cells of the coefficient of variation of two groups after surgery, the differences were not statistically significant(P=0.771 1 weeks after operation, P=0.632 1 months after operation).3.The hexagonal cell ratio in different time in the two groups:1 weeks after operation in A group (40.15 ± 8.01)%、 lmonths after surgery and (45.87 ± 9.46)% were lower than those before operation(50.33 ±6.91)%,1 weeks after operation in B group (39.77±9.61)%、1 months after surgery and (44.43± 9.74)% was lower than that before operation (51.47 ± 5.88)%.Comparison of the hexagonal cell ratio in the same time point after operation in the two groups, the difference had no statistical significance (P=0.516 1 weeks after operation, postoperative 1 months P=0.665).Conclusion:For vitrectomy in eyes with complicated cataract underwent, strict control of surgical indications, perfect preoperative preparation of ultrasonic emulsification operation is to reduce postoperative corneal endothelial cell loss compensation; Phacoemulsification combined with anterior chamber maintenance liquid infusion did not significantly increase the effects of corneal endothelial cells. The operation can be implemented; phacoemulsification using anterior chamber maintenance device for the benefit of operationon with anterior chamber maintainer for surgicaloperation.
