Background Breast cancer is a kind of m alignant tumor which is m ore common in women and also has great influen ce to th e quality of the wom en’s life. With the improvement of living standards, the dis ease is more and more younger in wom en. The regular examinations of breast cancer include breast mammography, ultrasound, CT and MRI. Mammography and ultrasound was the most popular before and with the improvement of diagnosis, breast MRI t echnique has been widely applied. Immunohistochemical markers ER, PR and Ki- 67, is the most common and also is the guidance of the key indicators in breast cancer patients postoperative chemotherapy and endocrine therapy. Now they are widely used in clinical. The mammography is one of t he more common applications f or breast examination, especially for the degradation of patients with mammary glands. It is more sensitive to the ca lcification especially for the gravel and clusters calcification which often hints malignant signs. It is an indi spensable way for breast checkup. But for its radioactive, It is m ore commonly used in m iddle-aged and old wom en. Ultrasound examination, it is the most widely used m ethods for breast and it is not restricted by ages. The rate of lesion detection is more higher. It can be detected with a minimum of 5 mm in diam lesions. Under the high frequenc y probe, the typical malignant signs of breast cancer m ake its application more wi dely. The CT examination, its display of mammary gland is poor. It is obvious to le sion which is bigger and also with the obvious malignant signs. so its application is rare in the diagnosis of mammary gland disease. The MRI exam ination, especially the breast MRI exam ination, with its multisequencing and multi-dimensional imaging, diffusion weighted im aging and dynamic enhancement technique, its applicatio n is increasing gradually in the breast disease diagnosis.Immunohistochemical occupies very important position in th e pathologic diagnosis of disease and guiding clinical treatment and judging prognosis. Among these, the ER, PR, Cerb B- 2 and Ki- 67 in the pa thological diagnosis of patients with breast cancer play an important role in judging prognosis. The female, progesterone receptor names ER and PR which also can be expressed in normal breast tissue. When the breast tissue cells become cancerous, the ER and PR will be partly or fully expressed. Studies have shown that b reast cancer patients whose ER and PR a re positive expression are more sensitive to endo crine therapy and the treatment effect is better. The recurrence rate is lower. Ki- 67 is expressed o nly in mitotic cells which is carried out to be a kind of indispensable com position. The expression is just a little in normal tissue. when breast tissue cells change can cerous, they lose their se lf-discipline, and breeding, therefore, The expression of Ki- 67 in can cer cells is us ually higher. Studies have shown that expression of Ki-67 is the m ore higher, the less sensitivity of breast cancer patients to chemotherapy and the worser the clinical prognosis. so patients with breast cancer, the quantity of the ER, PR and Ki – 67 in the excised of breast cancer tissues, is helpful for clinical to guide the clinical chemotherapy and endocrine therapy for breast cancer and can preliminary judge the prognosis.Object The purpose of this article is to study the correlations between ER、PR、Ki-67 and the TIC curve type and the ADC values of patients in breast cancer. to explore the relationship between the hemodynamic changes of patients with breast cancer and the diffusion weighted imaging and molecular marker. And also observe if it can guide clinical treatment and judge the prognosis of patients.Materials and methods Collected 75 patients who took the examination of the breast MRI and also got the postoperative pathologic and immunohistochemical examinations. All are women and all of them had not taken any treatment before. The drawing of time- signal dynamic enhancement curve and the measuring the apparent diffusion coefficient of the lesions in ADC map were done by two experiencedradiodiagnosis physician. The measured results were kept away from necrosis, sac lesions and dilated ducts etc. All the pathological results were completed by pathologists. Take 10 high power field of vision random, counting 1 000 tumor cells of ER, PR and Ki- 67 expression of the ratio of positive cells. All data were analyzed by SPSS 16.0 statistical software. The correlation between the ADC values and ER, PR and Ki- 67 expression used the scatter diagram. The correlation between TIC type II, III with ER, PR and Ki- 67 expression used the rank sum test. Results There are 39 cases of type II curve and 36 cases of type III curve in the 75 patients with breast cancer. The ADC values and the expression of Ki- 67 shows neative correlation(rs = 0.52, P = 0.52 < 0.05). There is no correlation between The ADC values and the expression of ER. And there is no statistically significant difference(rs = 0.098, P = 0.098 > 0.05).There also doesn’t exist correlation between the ADC values and PR expression and also was no statistically significant difference(rs = 0.031, P = 0.031 > 0.05). TIC II, III type curve and the expression of ER and PR, Ki – 67 havn’t got any correlations and the result also was no statistically significant difference(Z value respectively by ZER =-0. 935, P = 0.350 > 0.05; ZPR = 0.461, P = 0.645 > 0.05; ZKi- 67 = 1.856, P = 0.064 > 0.05).Conclusion There is a negative correlation relationship between the ADC values and the expression of Ki – 67 in patients with breast cancer. That means the ADC values is less lower, the expression of Ki- 67 content is more higher. But there is no obvious correlation between the ADC values and ER and PR expression. There are no correlations between the dynamic enhanced II, III type curves and ER, PR, and Ki – 67.
