Objective:By making retrospective contrast between microendoscopic discectomy and fenestration discectomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, this research aims to evaluate the clinical significance of these two treatments and to discuss their effectiveness, security and mechanism, in order to explore a better treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, and to promote its application in clinical treatment.Method:Comparative study was performed between microendoscopic discectomy and fenestration discectomy in the treatment for Lumbar disc herniation, and discussion was made on their curative effect, from which different curative effect after surgery could be learned. Then, discussion was performed on the functional rehabilitation after surgery as well as objective evaluation on the post-operation benefits, which could offer a new way of thinking and certain reference for patients with lumbar disc prolapse when choosing treatments.Result:1. Comparison before and after surgery in the group:Form observation made in two groups both before and after surgery, it could be found that compared with condition before surgery, lumbocrural pain, clinical sign and other related function were significantly improved after surgery, with P< 0.05, showing statistically significance. Symptoms, signs and related functions of two groups were obviously improved than those before surgery, with P<0.05 showing statistical significance.2.Comparison before and after surgery between the groups:Referring to lumbocrural pain, clinical sign and other related functions, microendoscopic discectomy group showed a better improvement than fenestration discectomy, with P<0.05 presenting statistically significance. In the follow-up after operation, the difference of general curative effect between groups was P> 0.05, showing no statistically significant difference, from which it can be learned that there was no difference between two groups in curative effect for after surgery.3. Comparison of surgery between groups on incision, bleeding and operation time:microendoscopic discectomy group got small incision, less blood loss, shorter operation time (P<0.05), expressing significant difference.Conclusion:1.Both microendoscopic discectomy and fenestration discectomy can effectively improve clinical patients in the treatment of Lumbar disc herniation, improving life quality of patients and less the dysfunction.2. From the comparison before and after surgery, it can be found that microendoscopic discectomy enjoyed a better effectiveness in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, showing a better curative effect than fenestration discectomy. However, long-term effect did not get involved in this research.3. In the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, for those patients with symptoms, microendoscopic discectomy can quickly relieve or eliminate lumbocrural pain.4. Microendoscopic discectomy and fenestration discectomy in the the treatment of Lumbar disc herniation was a treatment with effectiveness and accuracy because of its simple operation, security and less side-effect.
