Laparoscopic Common Bile Duct Exploration Joint Twelve Taste Shuganlidan Granules Treatment Of Extrahepatic Bile Duct Stones Clinical Research

[Objective]Observation of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration joint joint-second flavor granules Shuganlidan clinical efficacy of treatment of extrahepatic bile duct stones.[Methods]The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University General Surgery Division 1January 2012-2014 in December admitted to hospital and surgery extrahepatic bile duct stones in 47 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group 24 cases,laparoscopic common bile duct exploration, intraoperative choledochoscope, T tube drainage, after giving conventional rehydration, anti-infective therapy; Study group of23 patients in the control group therapy on the basis of twelve taste Shuganlidan give oral granules, each a bag, three times a day, for two weeks of treatment. Two groups were observed before and after 7 days of hand signs and symptoms, blood, liver function, serum bile biochemical indicators after the end of treatment, Postoperative 1d,3d, 5d, 7d T tube drainage, postoperative peritoneal drainage, postoperative fluid volume and length of hospital stay, the difference between the total cost of hospitalization. Using SPSS 17.0 statistical software for statistical processing,measurement data using t test, with representation; count data using x2 test; P <0.05 was considered statistically significant.[Results]Two sets of signs and symptoms before surgery, blood, liver function, serum bile biochemical difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05); 7 days postoperative signs and symptoms scores compared with before surgery in the same group, the difference was significant(P <0.01), 7 days after, signs and symptoms scores between the two groups, the difference was significant(P <0.01); 7 days postoperative WBC,N% compared with the same group before surgery, the difference was significant(P<0.05 or P <0.01), 7 days after, two WBC count, N%, the difference was significant(P<0.01); 7 days postoperative ALT, AST, AKP, GGT, TBA, TBIL, CB, UCB and thesame group before surgery, the difference was significant(P <0.01), 7 days after surgery,both groups ALT, AST, AKP, GGT, TBA, TBIL, CB, UCB, the difference was significant(P <0.01); Postoperative day 1, the first three days T-tube bile drainage changes, the difference was not significant(P> 0.05), the first five days after the first seven days T-tube bile drainage changes, the difference was significant(P <0.05 or P<0.01);Two peritoneal drainage, postoperative fluid volume, length of stay and total cost, the difference was significant(P <0.05 or P <0.01).[Conclusion]Laparoscopic common bile duct exploration joint research Twelve flavored granules Shuganlidan clinical efficacy showed extrahepatic bile duct stones:(1) Twelve taste Shuganlidan granules can improve laparoscopic common bile duct exploration postoperative T-tube drainage gallbladder damp heat syndromes;(2) application of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration after twelve Shuganlidan flavor granules have control biliary tract infection, remove bile duct inflammation;(3) twelve laparoscopic common bile duct exploration postoperative Shuganlidan flavor granules have restore liver function, regulation of liver metabolism;(4) application of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration after twelve flavor granules Shuganlidan promote bile secretion and excretion, reduce the role of cholestasis;(5) after application of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration Shuganlidan twelve flavor granules may shorten hospital stay, reduce the cost of treatment;(6) after application of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration Shuganlidan twelve flavor granules may have prevention of postoperative recurrence of stones, biliary tract infections long-term effects.
