| Objective:To explore the document characteristics and the principles of acupuncture point selection of the Modern clinical literature of acupuncture treatment of infertility.Methods:Firstly, retrieve and download all the literature that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria from Chinese journal full-text databases (CNKI), Wanfang Data Knowledge Service platform, Chinese periodical databases (VIP) and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM). Then establish the Excel database of basic situation, grouping information, treatment outcomes and acupuncture prescriptions. Thirdly, import the specifically processed data into the IBM SPSS Modeler 15.0 software and use the method of data mining to mine it. Moreover, calculate the high frequency acupuncture points according to Price Law. What’s more, generalize the characteristics of literature by using literature metrological analysis. Eventually, analysis the laws of acupoints compatibility, the meridians connected with the acupoints and the special acupuncture points by using the association rules.Results:Finally 211 literature that fit for the inclusion criteria are concluded. Among these, the earliest article came out in 1987 and the number of articles was the largest in the peak year 2012. There were a total of 23 literatures from 1987 to 1996,59 from 1997 to 2006 and 129 from 2007 to 2014. Obviously, there is a growing trend in the number of literature. Totally 158 author’s affiliations throughout 29 provinces and municipalities were involved. The top three universities are Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine. The top three provinces are Guangdong, Shandong and Jiangsu province. There were 190 journal articles from 79 kinds of periodicals. The top three are Chinese Acupuncture, Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Journal of Clinical Acupuncture, accounted for 46% with a total of 38 articles. Among the 190 articles,174 articles have key words, involving 244 key words which were used 721 times. The average use of key words is 4.14 per article. There were 124 documents of controlled study, two of which used the self-contrast method. The rest 112 articles of them used randomized controlled trials, among which 41 articles used random described method,21 articles used random number table method of grouping,2 articles used Layered segment random grouping and 17 articles used a method according to registration order and the willingness of patients with false randomized sequence. Six articles clearly state that blinded method were adopted in their studies. Eight articles were supported by 9 kinds of funds at the provincial level and below, only 3.8 percent of total literature.47 of the articles didn’t state the types of the infertility clearly. 111 articles studied anovulatory infertility. It’s 52.61percent of all the relative literature. Most of them were on dysfunctional ovulatory sterility (28.91%). The number two were literature on polycystic ovary syndrome infertility (13.27%). The number of the literature on tubal factor infertility ranks second of all the literature, mainly on salpinx obstructive infertility. There were 43 articles,20.38 percent of all the literature. By analyzing the result of infertility treatment, it is known that 10868 cases are treated mainly by acupuncture, among which 6412 cases are cured, whose recovery rate is 59%. It’s obviously higher than those 32.56% and 33.79% purely treated by Chinese medicinal herb treatment and western medicine treatment.A total of 125 acupuncture points were involved in the relative literature, which were used 1746 times. High frequency use acupuncture points are 29 points. They are Sanyinjiao, Guanyuan, Zhongji, the uterus, Zusanli, Shenshu, Qihai, Taichong, Xiehai, Taixi, Fenglong, Guilai, Mingmen, Hegu, Ciliao, Dahe, Liver shu, Waterway, Neiguan, God Que, Spleen shu, abdominal, Yinlingquan, Tianshu, Curved bone, Diji, Baihui, Xingjian, and Geshu according to the frequency of usage from high to low in the order. The selected meridians are mainly Ren, spleen, stomach, and bladder meridian. The use frequency of the relevant acupoints is 87.74% of the total frequency of Acupoints. On acupoint selection, the thorax and abdomen and the lower limbs were mostly used, for 628 times and 576 times respectively, followed by back acupoints 205 times. There are 21 specific acupoints,1112 to remove from the frequency reuse times, frequency of use (73%), followed by raised points, intersection points, five lost points, the original hole, back-shu, under the combined points, the contact point, eight confluence points, eight hui points, and cleft points.663 rules were concluded. The first ten rules were Sanyinjiao→Guanyuan, Zhongji→Guanyuan, uterus→Guanyuan, Zusanli→Guanyuan, Guanyuan→Sanyinjiao. It involves points of Guanyuan, Zhongji, Sanyinjiao, and the uterus. And the itemsets that were supported more than 50% were made up of these five acupoints.Conclusion:The number of the modern clinical literature on the Acupuncture treatment of infertility has been increasing and the quality of them are improving as well. The Author’s affiliations are mainly in the eastern and southern provinces of China and mainly in the universities and hospitals. Basically they formed the Core journals represented by Chinese Acupuncture, Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Journal of Clinical Acupuncture. Ovulatory dysfunctional and oviduct obstruction are their research focus and are very effective. But there is a lack of fund and keyword use is not standardized. Determining the high frequency acupoints by using the Price Law is of great importance and reference value. The prescription in acupuncture points of modern clinical literature on Acupuncture treatment of infertility focuses on benefiting kidney Yang and regulating qi-flowing for strengthening spleen. Guangyuan, Zhongji, Zusanli and Qihai are often selected in the treatment, as well asthe use of Ren kidney spleen acupoints. The distal-proximal point combination is mainly used. They also attach great importance to the use of abdominal offering acupuncture point and other specific acupoints. |
