Alzheimer’s disease named AD, It is a more severe dementia AD still may not charm away at present and will persist in deteriorating, TO explore the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease is to find the genes which cause Alzheimer’s disease. By design algorithms, identify with Alzheimer’s disease-related candidate genes, and thus expect to find ways to treat the disease.Cluster analysis also known as clustering. It let the things divide into different. and can be used the thing in same subject of high similarity, but the opposite may not. It can give rise to detect the new thing where we never find out to forestall it. this method will be adhibited to identify candidate genes of AD.In this words,,the Gene data are classified into different classes so that the data included in same class are generated under similar experiment conditions and different class corresponds to significantly different conditions. Then through centroids with all possible, upregulated (downregulated) genes are extracted. If the extracted gene keeps invariant expression feature under all experiment conditions, it may selected as the candidate gene.Using the method,144 genes are identified and 8 genes agree with other research teams’results. To analysis genes for their function and position, there have three conclusions may result in the Alzheimer’s disease:Firstly:The candidate genes that involved in signal transduction may be associated with AD.; secondly:The neuroblast fails to proliferation that may generate to AD, and the last:Alzheimer’s disease’s candidate genes may be associate with zinc ion binding genes. The expression of genes unusually in the signaling pathway abnormalities.; Finally, a few genes associated with AD diagram.
