| Objectives: 1.To study the impact of salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection on the D-dimer, N terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide and troponin I of chronic pulmonary heart disease.2. Through Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection on patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease were D-dimer, N terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide and troponin I to judge whether this drug for the disease is effective3.To compare the two different doses of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection on patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease, determine Whether there is a dose-dependent in the safe dose range.Method: 1.Collected in our hospital from 40 to 90 years old for all patients with Chronic pulmonary hypertension and chronic pulmonary heart disease, cases accorded with diagnostic code revised by the national second cor pulmonale professional meetings of chronic pulmonary heart disease.2. 90 patients were male 58 cases, female 32 cases, aged 40~90 years old, mean age(60. 82±7.21) years old. According to the random allocation principle, the study subjects were randomly divided into 3 groups. The study subjects were divided into two study groups.study group 1: 30 patients(conventional treatment + salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection 10ml),study group 2: 30 patients(conventional therapy + salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection group 5ml), control group(conventional treatment). The two groups were intravenously 1 times a day, 2 weeks as a course. The control group was given conventional therapy, 2 weeks treatment.3.Admitted within 24 hours, Early in the morning, fasting for 12 hours, the days before discharge were done in plasma D-dimer, N terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide and troponin I testing. All subjects completed as planned blood biochemistry. Blood biochemical parameters of blood, liver function, kidney function, electrolytes, coagulation, carbon dioxide, and other microorganisms are completed in our hospital laboratory. Results: After treatment, the study targets decreased significantly of group 1and 2 patients, which achieved the desired goal, the symptom improved significantly and effectively improve the patient’s patient’s condition;Specific assay results are as follows:1.Before treatment, the patient’s gender by chi-square examination and analysis, before treatment, patient’s condition by one-way ANOVA. The basic characteristics of the patients enrolled in the statistical analysis were(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.2.Comparing the changes before and after treatment of the disease: the three group before treatment were analyzed by one-way ANOVA. The patient’s condition judgment indexes before and after treatment were analyzed statistically for(P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant.3.After treatment,it was significantly lower than before treatment of plasma D-dimer levels. Study group 1 and group 2 were significantly lower than the control group. By paired t-test,after treatment, pair wise comparisons were P<0.01,the difference was significant.4.After treatment,it was significantly lower than before treatment of N terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide. Study group 1 and group 2 were significantly lower than the control group. By paired t-test, After treatment, the pair wise comparisons were P <0.01, the difference was significant.5.After treatment, it was significantly lower than before treatment of troponin I. Study group 1 and group 2 were significantly lower than the control group. By paired t-test, After treatment, the pair wise comparisons were P <0.01, the difference was significant. Conclusions: 1.Salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection can reduce the D-dimer, N terminal brain natriuretic peptide and troponin plasma levels of chronic pulmonary heart disease. There is great significance on the diagnosis of pulmonary heart disease and determine the severity and prognosis by testing the changes of plasma concentration of D-dimer, N terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide and troponin I of pulmonary heart disease.2.Rational use of Salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection can improve clinical manifestation of chronic pulmonary heart disease. And the therapeutic effect is dose-related; the larger dose group(study group 1) has a better effect. |
