Objective:This paper, which is mainly combined with the practical application of basic-level hospitals., contrasts the effect between minimally invasive hematoma aspiration biopsy and small bone window for removal of hematoma. Methods:We analyse retrospectively hypertensive intracerebral hemor-rhage patients of ou-r hospital from January 2007 to January 2014, respectively 40 cases with minimall-y invasive hematoma aspiration biopsy and removal of small bone window craniotomy hematoma, by comparing the hematoma clearance rate, postoperative complicati-ons, mortality and postoperative ADL grading, we can evaluate the curative effect o-f two methods objectively in basic-level hospitals. Results:Through comparing the degree of preoperative coma and postoperative coma, postoperative complications,postoperative(1month) patients’ ADL rating between minimally invasive hematoma aspiration biopsy and small bone window for removal of hematoma,we found that there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),Through statistical analysis, small bone window craniotomy surgery for removal of hematoma and minimally invasive hematoma aspiration biopsy, has the same therapeutic effect, for larger hematoma, surgical indications, and did not happen cerebral hernia, in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, but relative to the basic-level hospital, due to limit of medical equipment, and technology, minimally invasive hematoma aspiration biopsy has a good advantage, and it is worthy of appling widely in aspect of comparing the two surgical trauma to the patients and saving medical resources. Conclusion:Minimally invasive intracranial hematoma aspiration biopsy and removal of hematoma craniotomy are effective methods for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, but minimally invasive hematoma aspiration biopsy is a kind of safe and effective treat-ment,which,especially suits for basic-level hospitals, it can effectivel-y save the patients’ life, because of shorter operation time, effectiv-ely shortening the duration of symptoms, and small surgical injury, convenient and quick, also obvious curative effect, low cost etc.
