ObjectiveThrough investigation of coronary stent implantation in patients with interventional treatment compliance case, probing into the impact of patient treatment compliance factors and the influence of patients’ demographic factors on treatment adherence. To investigate the effect of standard of culture and medical expense payment pattern on postoperative cardiovascular events. Through the intervention of homemade nursing patient care measures to observe the difference of postoperative incidence of cardiovascular events between the treatment group and the routine patients care group. MethodCardiovascular medicine in our hospital meets the screening criteria for PCI patients included in the traditional nursing group of 210 people, 90 were included in the nursing treatment group. With a self-designed questionnaire for research tool, based on socio-demographic survey, the survey from the patient medication compliance, patient compliance behavior survey, PCI survey of cardiovascular events after a study in four dimensions. By exploring different demographic factors on patient treatment compliance and demographic factors influence the relationship between cardiovascular events after PCI for socio-demographic factors. By nursing intervention, explore interventions for patients treatment compliance role. Pre and usual care group were cardiovascular events after PCI compare rates, investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the incidence of postoperative cardiovascular events. Results1. traditional nursing group after the occurrence of cardiovascular events was 7.14%(15/210), the occurrence of nursing intervention group after cardiovascular events was 4.44%(4/90).2. Patients in the intervention group compared with the traditional nursing group compliance increased. Medication adherence to routine nursing group is only 57.61%, nursing intervention group that figure was 67.78%. Dietary treatment adherence increased by nearly 15% in intervention group compared with the traditional nursing group. There are different levels increase in the nursing intervention group than traditional one in health behavior compliance, movement therapy adherence and periodic review of treatment adherence. Illustrated by nursing intervention can improve patient compliance, and effectively reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events in patients after PCI, improve patient prognosis.3. Demographic factors have a significant impact on patient compliance with treatment. Impact of the more obvious aspects of compliance demographic factors medications age, occupation, education, family support, medical way, with or without children, and the number of stent placement. Four of the demographic factors affecting compliance behavior has mainly gender, occupation, marital status, education level, income, family support, health care approach and the number of stent placement. Age, place of residence and whether the patient is on the part of children affect compliance behavior.4. From the incidence of postoperative cardiovascular events, the gender differences, age differences did not affect postoperative cardiovascular events. The incidence of cardiovascular events incumbents significantly lower than the unemployed. The incidence of marital relations was stable postoperative cardiovascular events lowest maximum divorced. Living in urban and rural areas, different levels of education of the patients, the incidence of cardiovascular events was not statistically significant. High income earners postoperative incidence of cardiovascular events was significantly lower than the low-income and middleincome earners. Probability of postoperative family does not support the occurrence of cardiovascular events in the highest, lowest home supporters. Postoperative cardiovascular events in patients with a low incidence of public health, the incidence of cardiovascular events at their own expense nearly four times as much as those at public expense. Families with children have low incidence of cardiovascular events. The number of stent placement and more people, although in terms of adherence to treatment compared with the number of stents into better compliance and fewer people, but the rate of cardiovascular events was significantly higher than the number of stent implantation were low, consider the possibility of the severity of the patients disease. Conclusions1. Nursing intervention programs by this study design, patient medication compliance, diet improved treatment compliance more significant, poor adherence effect on health behavior.2. Effective nursing intervention can reduce the cardiovascular events.3. Through this study found that within a coronary stent implantation in patients with clinical treatment compliance is less than expected. The highest compliance i periodic review. Health behavior has the minimum health behavior. Good patient medication compliance is only 57.61% need to improve.4. Gender, age, occupation, marital status, place of residence, education level, economic situation, medical way, family support, the number of stent implantation were affected by medication compliance, visibility should improve patient compliance with treatment multiple aspects, if improve a single factor, may not yield the expected good results.5. Families of patients to strengthen healthy individual education, access to the patient’s family to support, improve patient coping style, can effectively improve patient treatment compliance.
