Cardiovascular disease, a common chronic disease, which has characteristics of high incidence rates, high mortality rates and others, is the most dangerous threat to human life safety. Therefore, the research and development of electrocardiogram (ECG) Automatic Analysis System has much practical significance. Traditional ECG mainly monitors cardiac patients by analyzing the record 24 hours of ECG information offline. There are many defects such as no timely offline analysis and diagnosis, no high accuracy automatic diagnosis, no easy and timely communication between doctors and patients and diagnosis expensive and so on. Therefore, this papar combining the advantages of PSOC 5LP programmable chip simulation and digital integrated circuits designs ECG recognition system based on wavelet transform. Users gather ECG data at any time when heart attack feel or chest discomfort, then having real-time automatic diagnosis and call the police. If users aren’t satisfied with the results of the diagnosis, the user can also send the abnormal waveform to hospital and do more professional diagnosis by doctores. The thesis studies in the following aspects mainly:Firstly, this thesis proposes the wavelet threshold de-noising, wavelet decomposition and reconstruction de-nosing through the current problem of ECG de-noising, and frequency advantage of Wavelet transform in signal processing. The ECG noise is filtered effectively by experimental comparative analysis selecting the appropriate wavelet function, threshold function and disaggregated level.Secondly, in this paper, the method of wavelet transform detect signal singularity is applied to ECG R-wave detection, in order to searching modulus maxima pair in the wavelet transform corresponding hierarchy and realizing the position of R-wave peak point and ending point, including wavelet function, decomposition scale selection and the fixing of R-wave. Differential assignment method is used, based on the QRS detection, combining the magnitude and slope relation of P-wave, T-wave, to realize the P-wave and T-wave peak and ending point position.Finally, the thesis achieves ECG acquisition module, ECG transmission module, ECG analysis module, user database and system interface design and the software reliability is verified by experiment through the Research objectives, System design principles and the framework of construction system.
