Off after the first course in 2 cases, including 26 cases;Off after the second course in 3, a total of 23 cases.Using Western Blot technique without osteoporosis was detected in postmenopausal women, POP kidney Yin deficiency syndrome subjects, POP kidney Yin deficiency syndrome patients 3 months after treatment and POP kidney Yin deficiency syndrome patients 6 months after treatment CLCF1 protein expression of related gene level.Finally, SPSS 16.0 statistical analysis and comparison between groups CLCF1 protein expression level.Results:1. POP kidney Yin deficiency syndrome subjects CLCF1 protein expression (0.479± 0.169) less osteoporosis in postmenopausal women CLCF1 protein expression (0.678±0.253) decreased significantly, there is a very significant difference (P< 0.01).2.28 cases treated with liuwei dihuang pill POP kidney Yin deficiency syndrome patients, treatment after 3 months off in 2 cases, completed 26 patients, TCM symptoms curative effect by rating,20 cases effective, effective rate was 76.92%;6 cases ineffective, inefficient 23.08%.Off 3 cases after treatment for 6 months, a total of 23 cases of complete, by TCM symptoms curative effect,* 4 cases, accounted for 17.39%, effective in 16 cases, accounting for 69.57%, total effective rate 86.96;3 cases ineffective, inefficient 13.04%.POP kidney Yin deficiency syndrome before treatment and 6 months after treatment in different parts of the bone mineral density value comparison, after treatment of POP kidney Yin deficiency syndrome bone mineral density value is on the rise, especially in the big rotor and word’s triangle bone density increased significantly, with significant difference (P< 0.05).3. POP kidney Yin deficiency syndrome treatment after 3 months CLCF1 protein expression (0.589±0.366) and treatment before CLCF1 protein expression (0.475±0.158), there was no significant difference (P> 0.05), but CLCFl protein expression is on the rise.POP kidney Yin deficiency syndrome after treatment for 6 months CLCF1 protein expression (0.662±0.254) and treatment before CLCF1 protein expression (0.450±0.153), there is a very significant difference (P< 0.01).POP kidney Yin deficiency syndrome CLCF1 protein expression after 6 months (0.662±0.254) and no CLCF1 protein expression of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women (0.678±0.253), there was no significant difference (P > 0.05), two sets of numerical value is almost at the same level.Conclusions:By Western Blot technique comparison between groups in the related gene CLCF1 protein expression, POP kidney Yin deficiency syndrome group and without osteoporosis in postmenopausal women in the control group, CLCFl expression levels significantly lower (P < 0.01);Liuwei dihuang pill to treat the POP kidney Yin deficiency syndrome compared with before treatment, after 6 months CLCF1 expression level rise significantly (P< 0.01);That POP kidney Yin deficiency syndrome associated with CLCF1 protein expression down, with the previous study POP kidney Yin deficiency syndrome CLCF1 mRNA expression in consistent.At the same time "to the medicine test certificate" showed that treatment of liuwei dihuang pill POP kidney Yin deficiency syndrome is effective.Further confirmed: postmenopausal osteoporosis, kidney Yin deficiency syndrome and the correlation CLCF1 expression, liuwei dihuang pill treatment of POP kidney Yin deficiency syndrome is effective.
