The Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Changed Siwuwuzi Decotion And Combined Anisodine Injection Treatment Retinitis Pigmentosa

Background:Retinitis pigmentosa (RP) is a dysfunction of the retinal pigment epithelium and photoreceptor apoptosis as pathological features of the eye, this disease clinical features are eye disease, night blindness in early stage, progressive reduced vision, eventually involving the central vision caused blindness. It’s a chronic progressive eye disease. For this disease, modern medicine is no ideal treatment method, later period peripheral vision and central vision loss, the disease is a higher rate of blindness, which brings much inconvenience to the patient’s work and life, so ophthalmologists are pay more attention to this disease. At present,the treatment is still drug treatment. Therefore, in this study, Siwuwuzi Decotion and Anisodine injection to treatment RP,to explore the effectiveness and provides reference for the clinical promotion, wish to looking for new ideas and perspectives of the disease.Objection:This study intends to observe Siwuwuzi Decotion and combined with Anisodine injection treatment RP, comparison the efficacy of visual, visual field, ERG and other aspects after the treatment.Methods:The 46 cases(92 eyes) of RP patients met the diagnostic criteria according to the order of treatment were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group adopted Siwuwuzi Decotion and combined with anisodine and adjuvant therapy, the control group adopted anisodine and adjuvant therapy, the two groups are treated 2 weeks as a course of treatment, interval seven days starts the next course, completion of three courses. Comparison the efficacy of visual, visual field, ERG and other aspects after the treatment.Results: ①After the test, the treatment group were cured 16 eyes,effective 21 eyes, invalid 11 eyes, the significant efficiency was 33.3%,the total effective rate was 77.1%; the control group were cured 9 eyes, effective 16 eyes, invalid 19 eyes, the significant efficiency was 20.4%, the total effective rate was 56.8%, between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). ②Efficacy of two visual efficiency were 75.0%(treatment group) and 54.5%(control group), between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). ③Two horizons efficacy rates were72.9%(treatment group),52.5%(control group), between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).④ERG were improved after treatment in the two groups, the treatment group efficacy higher than the control group,with statistical significance.Conclusion:① Siwuwuzi Decotion and combined Anisodine injection can improve RP patients’s vision.② Siwuwuzi Decotion and combined Anisodine injection can improve vision of RP patients, slowed the speed of vision reducing, improved the quality of patients’s life.③Siwuwuzi Decotion and combined Anisodine injection improved retinal function.④ This combination therapy has no adverse reactions, it is a safe treatment.⑤This combination therapy is an effective, simple and feasible method, its efficacy is better than compound anisodine.
