Background: Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is known as the patient by intravenous infuse the hematopoietic stem cells, which can finish the hematopoietic reconstruction, and then to achieve the purpose of treating disease. With the development of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation has become the main method of treatment of leukemia, genetic disorders, malignant solid tumors and other diseases, and gradually expand its field. During transplantation, due to the treatment in a closed environment, patients experience a variety of complications and adverse side effects of radiation therapy with large doses of chemotherapeutic agents, immunosuppressant, and et al. Which can lead to intolerable pain, and anxiety. It is well known that a substantial psychological fluctuations will affect the treatment of the patient’s illness and recovery. Hematopoietic stem cell transplant patients generally undergo reaction period, clinical quiescent period,critical period,convalescence four stages.Four stages critical period refers to post-transfusion(+2 days) before engraftment(+9 days), white blood cells in patients close to zero, whether to be successful engraftment of uncertainty, anxiety is the most prominent negative emotions. Because the use of relaxation training to reduce or eliminate the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in patients with anxiety and negative emotions, increase transplant patient compliance, and improve the success rate of transplant attention, more and more clinical mental health workers and transplantation staff focus on the points.Objection : Understand the current situation to the engraftment of hematopoietic stem cell transplant patients with post-transfusion before anxiety; Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in patients with critical period anxiety levels and heart rate, blood pressure and the influence of relaxation training.Methods:From November 2013 to January 2015 30 patients who were presented in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University, The Third District transplant ward blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were enrolled in the study. Patients met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into groups after the experimental group and a control group, 15 cases. End of the study, collected 30 cases of effective cases, 15 cases of the experimental group and 15 cases in the control group. The experimental group to engraftment of hematopoietic stem cellsbefore stem cell return infusion was using the routine care and the three lines method including relaxation breathing relaxation training. Relaxation therapy requires patients to practice every morning and before going to bed each time, each exercise repeating 2-3 cycles. The control group received routine care of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Before and after the intervention and intervention groups, respectively, for patients with the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI) for evaluation, data collection, the patients’ heart rate, blood pressure data were analysed between relaxation training for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in patients with critical period affect the results of anxiety and recorded before and after the intervention of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in.Result:1 Moderate anxiety in the experimental group was 6 people, which accounting for 40%, severe anxiety was 9 people, which accounting for 60%. Moderate anxiety control group was 8 people, which accounting for 53.30%, severe anxiety was 7 people, which accounting for 46.70%.2 A paired t test results showed that the experimental group before and after the intervention was significantly decrease anxiety(t = 17.79, P = 0.00), the control group, the level of anxiety eased(t = 11.36, P = 0.00). Using two-sample t ’test analysis showed that the two groups after the intervention of anxiety scores were significantly different(t = 4.45, P = 0.00), the results indicate that the role of relaxation training to ease anxiety more effective in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation than that in conventional care.3 Using a paired t test were before and after the intervention in the experimental group and control group were compared heart rate. The results showed that the experimental group before the intervention compared with the intervention decreased heart rate, and the difference was significantly(t = 11.09, P = 0.00), decreasing span in the control group before the intervention compared with the measured heart rate intervention, the difference was significant(t = 3.15, P = 0.00), The heart rate differences between the two groups after the intervention was significant(t = 6.09, P = 0.00, two-sample t ’test methods), the results showed that relaxation training hematopoietic stem cell transplantation compared is more significant in controlling heart rate than conventional care.4 The systolic blood pressure difference before and after the intervention in the experimental group was significant(t = 3.57, P = 0.00, paired t test), while systolic blood pressure before and after the intervention in the control group was not statistically significant(P = 0.08). Using a paired t test experimental group and the control group were compared systolic blood pressure intervention. Results showed that the experimental group was significantly lower systolic blood pressure than the control group(t = 3.61, P = 0.00), the results showed that compared with conventional care, relaxation training can reduce systolic blood pressure. The results showed that relaxation training can significantly reduce systolic blood pressure.Conclusion:1 Three-line relaxation method in combination with breathing relaxation training relaxation training method can effectively relieve hematopoietic stem cell transplantation recipients with anxiety levels, improve patient treatment compliance and promote transplantation results.2 Three-line relaxation method in combination with breathing relaxation training relaxation training method can significantly reduce the heart rate and systolic blood pressure levels of hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients, treatment and recovery will help to ensure the smooth implementation of the transplant patient’s disease.
