Vitiligo is a common pigment disease in the world, the incidence rate of dye 0.5%-4%,with localized or generalized depigmentation of the skin characterized by Treating Vitiligo staging is very significant to use more advanced vitiligo topical or oral corticosteroids to control the white development and stability of light therapy and surgery to take therapy. However, the current lack of effective indicators to determine, and to guide clinical staging vitiligo treatment options. Reflectance confocal microscopy(RCM), based on the principle of confocal optical skin in situ, in vivo, real-time, and dynamic three-dimensional computed tomography. It is a non-invasive imaging methods, it can be observed in real time with skin cells and tissues, to achieve the ability to evaluate skin lesions in a non-invasive way. This study is the first one to use VIDA score 、 clinical features、and Reflectance confocal microscopy to determine the correlation between imaging characteristics and clinical significance of staging assessment of vitiligo. ObjectiveTo determine the vitiligo stage by VIDA scores, clinical features, and Reflectance Confocal Microscopy characteristics.Methods200 patients clinically diagnosed as vitiligo patients respectively according to Clinical features questionnaire≥ 2, is divided into rapid progression,> 1 into the ≦slow progress of, 1, is divided into stable; Reflectance Confocal Microscopy ≥ 2, is divided into rapid progression,>1 into the slow progress of,≦1 is divided into stable Stage, then select advanced and stable vitiligo patients for those five cases, HE staining analysis of the In Vivo Reflectance Confocal Microscopy detection. ResultsWith VIDA score meaning stay clear, clinical features, Reflectance confocal microscopy features to obtain the results were not significantly different installments of 200 cases of vitiligo,,HE staining and edge of the lesion showed the papillary dermis in plenty of CD8 T visible lymphocytes. Conclusionclinical features、and Reflectance confocal microscopy were used to determine the characteristics of vitiligo, the results of this may staging, the consistent histopathology results, indicating a reasonable indicator of our established.
