With the fields of CT detection expand continuously,radiation dosimetry problems is being paid more and more attention.The traditional use of low dose CT image reconstruction technique is filtered back projection, cannot balance the contradiction between the radiation dose and image quality, so the optimal dose effect is restricted prodigiously. Adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction is anew CT image iterative reconstruction algorithm in recent years, the main feature is the noise reduction effect is very ideal, while maintaining the equal noise level with previous low dose technique, adaptive statistical iterative will have very broad application prospects of dose optimization.But the medical profession is lack of unified application standardized and parameter selection at present.This paper mainly using adaptive statistical iterative is the core technology, combined with low tube voltage, automatic tube current modulation technique and according to the individual difference of patients with physical considerations, carry out the scanning experiment in four ways, to explore the application value of adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction in the low dose of CT.The first is the quality control phantom test, divided into two parts, the one is comparison of noise level with same dose, another experiment is comparison of dose with same noise level; The Second is animal experiment, divided into plain scan experiment and CTA experiment;The third is the simulation phantom test, divided into simulation phantom plain scan experiment and simulation phantom simulation vessel experiment; Finally, the research of clinic application, consists of two parts:plain scan experiment and low radiation dose,low contrast agent concentration of vascular imaging experiment.This paper compare adaptive statistical iterative with filtered back projection.The results show that the adaptive statistical iterative is better than the filtered back projection not only in radiation dose,but also in image quality.Adaptive statistical iterative combining with low tube voltage,automatic tube current modulation and the individual parameter setting can transform the advantage of reduce-noise into the advantage of low dose,can meet the balance between radiation dose and image quality, has the great advantage compared with the previous technology of low dose CT, it is worthy to spread in clinic.
